Stellar service!!!! You don't find this kind of dedication now adays. Devin worked TIRELESSLY on our 7.3 powerstroke to help us get to the airport in SLC when we were passing through. Devin, Ryan, and Lynette made us feel welcome the 3 days they worked on our rig. I was so impressed with these folks that I would drive hours out of my way to bring my rig to their shop. Thanks for an AMAZING experience in an otherwise stressful situation.

Ryan serviced the air conditioning on our 2010 Toyota Prius. We were traveling from Oregon and a friend of a friend said Ryan would give us a fair deal. He certainly did and with “old fashioned” service. He gave me a quote over the phone and my wife took it in. She arrived early and he went right to work on it. He was courteous and efficient; finished the job in about 20 minutes and charged us just as he had quoted. We were well pleased. This is the 1st time our A/C has really put out cold air. Google is a bit off on the address, so Ryan stood outside and flagged my wife in when she called for directions. That’s “old fashion” service.

I cannot praise or thank them enough.I legitimately cried tears of happiness as I left this place. I had been in and out of mechanics for 3 months, no exaggeration, trying to get my short bus with a 7.3 to run properly.Ryan actually took the time to throughly go over my entire engine to find the problems and make sure I was safe to drive back across the country. He was not satisfied until he was sure he checked everything he could. Honest and caring people.

I had the struts replaced on my van at another mechanic in town who put them on wrong. I came to WW Custom and they figured out the problem. I was really relieved as we were from out of town and every night we were waiting for the car to get fixed we had to pay for a hotel. They were awesome and got it done fast.

Ok, here goes. In the end of September, we took our truck to ww custom repair in vernal. Our truck was leaking coolant out of a high pressure line behind the motor some where. The truck was running great, just leaking coolant. After a couple days, the shop called and said that the head gaskets were bad. We thought that was a little weird, since we didn't have coolant in the oil, no white smoke, and good pressure...... but not knowing enough, we went along with it. 4200$ later, they called and said our injectors are bad. Then we started to question. We had put brand new injectors in a year and a half ago. When we started to question them, they insisted on testing the injectors. We told them to hold off because we didn't have the funds and we wanted a second opinion. The proceeded to send them off to be tested anyway. We then had to wait 2 weeks to get the injectors back. Once back, they told us all of them were bad. Which is odd in itself. Now being December 4th, we told them not to do anything more with the truck and that our uncle would be in to pick up the truck. They turned on us like a bad dream. Well, my uncle got the truck loaded on the trailer and got the box of injectors and looked, and half the injectors were all rusted and decaying. Therefor, we know they pulled them suckers out of somewhere truck and gave us the horrible ones.... once we got the truck to our other mechanic, he began to go thru our truck with a fine tooth comb and discovered some horrible work. One thing, they had dropped an o ring and other things inside the motor, and didn't clear them out, the wiring harness was ripped off not delicately un installed, head gaskets were the wrong ones, and were installed incorrectly, and so many other things. We really aren't the kind of people to look for the bad in others. We trust people from the start.... but now, after putting another 6 grand into our truck to be fixed properly, we just want to save others from the heart ache. Ryan, my. Uncle, and our mechanic went to visit ww customs to see if we could get our money back for the job not done properly, and the owner was extremely rude and did not help us at all.... in fact, he tried to charge us extra for getting the injectors tested!! Which was an additional 600! We got that figured out, aka with proof of emails and such, have not paid that 600. The secretary there is a sweetheart. But the owner and the mechanics were very rude and shifty and did bad work. Here it is March, and we are hopefully getting our truck back this week. Its been quite the nightmare and so expensive. I want the best for people, and always try to do good for people. I understand the mechanic world because I've worked on trucks before. I know that its trial and error when trying to find the problems. But these guys really did us wrong. I'm just trying to save others from the heart ache. Please don't trust this shop. Ww custom repair, also used to be called disruptive diesel. 1273 east us 40 in vernal.

This company does not stand by their work. Ryan the owner was rude. lies about work they claim to have done. Lies about work needed to be done. When confronted about his company basically stealing money from customers that want to use a different shop to correct the horrible work they did. He wouldn’t even try to settle the problem. All we wanted was a refund for the work that your shop did wrong. We do not trust your shop to touch our truck again. When so many lies were made from Ryan and his so called mechanics.
