I was a Zions bank customer for 15 years and no one there even knows my name. I tried closing my account with a lady who I could barely understand and she was getting mad at me for not understanding her very broken English. Went back a week later pulled my money out and went to mountain America. I’ve always had my loans with mountain America No bank in vernal can compete with their interest rates.

New building is nice and better but could be more helpful. Kept told would get a call from someone as they couldnt help me even though in the past they could. Then later someone there said they could help. Don't pass the buck is only advice.

It took time, but finally glad I no longer have to set foot in this bank. I have finally moved all our business stuff elsewhere. For the last year I've traveled to other branches as it seems anyone helpful in this location has left over the last year. I recently saw someone as 'best banker.' This is the same individual I saw in shorts and t-shirts if he was there at all. The only OTHER person who can help with a loan must just be a bit too important to ever show up at the branch or return a phone call? The staff seems highly unprofessional and better at avoiding unless you seem to have a lot of money. Haven't forgotten who keeps you in business? Spend less money on a new building and hire employees who actually show up and answer the phone.

Sad, this place has no ethics, as an African-American this place is an embarrassment to have the name Zion, 2 ladies at the front looked down and didn’t even recognize me. So sad this still exists. I was very uncomfortable and didn’t even open the account based of that. Truly sad.

ATM out front is pretty bad at taking cash. For today's primary purpose, it may as well have been broken. Had to deposit at a different ATM and get taken for a ride in fees. If you need to make cash deposits into your account, find somewhere else.If you never have to bother with that, this is an excellent bank.

Have been banking with zions for quite a while. Recently went to go to the drive thru on Saturday. Like I have many times in the past. And to my surprise. THEY ARE CLOSED on saturdays. What a joke!!! People need to bank on saturdays too. ?

They just had their 100 year anniversary. To build this bank, they mailed in the bricks through the mail service in 50 lbs at a time. Ripleys believe it or not covers it.
