I have never been so disappointed with service. Unprofessional, unapologetic, and untrustworthy.
I went in for an oil change and they offered a rock chip repair telling me it was free with my insurance. Come to find out two months later when I spoke with my insurance that it was not, in fact, free at all. The jiffy lube rep told me next time I go in and the technician tells me it’s free to just tell them it’s not. I suggested the techs not tell people they’ll provide a free service if they don’t know that it’s free! He told me they offer it so that’s what they tell people and that it’s not dishonest.
Top this experience with my check engine light turning on on my way home from the oil change. I immediately went back and they told me it was an unfortunate coincidence and they wouldn’t do anything about it unless I went elsewhere and paid to get it checked and got a receipt of proof that they did it. The man said “unfortunate” so many times and spoke to me like I was a child.
I will never be going back to this establishment.

One of the cleanest jiffy lubes I’ve ever been to. The staff was professional and straightforward. They did their full inspection and then give me their report—I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Thanks for doing a great job 👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼

my favorite drink is Pennzoil 5W-30 High Mileage. I’m glad they have it on tap, but they do get mad and try to stop you from drinking it. Very tasty and it has a nice texture.

Took my vehicle in to get a simple emissions, test done, It passed, But immediately after driving from Jiffy Lube A warning light went off, and after I parked it, the vehicle did not turn back on, I was left Not able to use the vehicle for almost 2 weeks before a Different Mechanic came by and said the alternator had been disconnected. Not the first time I have had a bad experience at Jiffy Lube. This is the type of place that messes with your vehicle and knows all the tricks to make more problems happen quickly after leaving. They undo bolt slightly, put dirty inside the air filters… exc… some people just get off by seeing other suffer it’s weird. But very common these days.

I took my car to Jiffy Lube in Vineyard for an oil change back in September 2024, where they told me I had an oil leak they would be happy to fix. They said it was the gasket and charged me 500 to fix it. I then let them fix it and took it back a week later as they had instructed me, to make sure it wasn’t still leaking. They gave me the all clear. I then got an oil change November 2024 before a road trip, they mentioned nothing about it still leaking and did the oil change as normal. However my car was leaking and I had no idea. On that road trip, my car broke down entirely. No engine oil. My car was completely destroyed to the point where a mechanic wouldn’t offer more than $350 for my car. Jiffy Lube, you suck and absolutely destroyed my car and my Christmas. Hope you guys can sleep at night knowing you do horrible and untrustworthy work.

This newer location on Geneva Road offers all the services for quality car care. The team at the Vineyard Jiffy Lube is amazing and they do an excellent job proving timely + efficient quality service.

The crew at the Vineyard Jiffy Lube took care of my emissions, fuel filter, and changed the oil. I never worry. I am always taken care of at any location. They are 1 big company with many employees who care! Keep up the good work!

Took our car in to get a belt changed and got the car back with more problems then when we took it in. Called the store and they refused to do anything about it. Horrible service!

I got my last two oil changes here and both times the knocked something loose with my air max flow and I had to take it in to fix it. No refund offered. Never would recommend it.

Horrible experience! I requested to rotate my tires and add air, due to the cold weather. I was told at the time of payment it was all done and that I was set to 35psi. Get in my car and I'm at 29 and 28 in the back and 33 in the front. I bring it to their attention, they try to tell me I am Wrong and I should go drive it on the freeway. The warning light will go away. EXCUSE ME?? The warning light goes off the minute you put air in the tire. Immediately left, aired up my own damn tires and sure enough the light goes off immediately. Don't mess with a woman that was raised to be a better man that you, Jiffy Lube! Mind you, I ran a couple of errands prior to putting air in, so no, driving didn't trigger the warning light to go off. Shame on you! Do better

I came to this location for an oil change and brake fluid flush. A few hours after drop-off, they called saying my brake pads were “metal on metal” and the rotors were “a little off,” insisting I had to replace them before they’d flush the brake fluid. They quoted me $1,300, including spark plugs. I told them I’d do it myself. After inspecting, the pads were in great shape—nowhere near what they claimed. Be careful with this place; in my experience, they lied and tried to upsell me. I strongly suggest to get a second opinion or check things out yourself before trusting them.
