“I had an awesome experience with this company and wanted to share about it. I was in town visiting family for a few days and needed to get an updated menu banner made for one of my businesses. ? We had a big county fair event the following week in North Idaho so it was a last-minute request.I literally called in around 1 or 2pm on a Friday afternoon and spoke with the owner. I think his name was Shaun? I explained what I was hoping to do and waited to see if there were any options. I could tell they were busy and it would be squeezing us in, but he made it happen, same day!I’m not saying anyone should expect this as a norm as I think a 2-3 day turnover is reasonable today for quality small print jobs, especially if a business is busy with a lot of orders to fulfill.The owner recognized I was in a bit of a pinch and he made it happen, which says a great deal about he and his team’s commitment to provide a 5-star experience for their Clients.I was very happy with the whole experience, the quality of the printed menu banners and being able to get those done before I left town the next day.I would highly recommend you give this company an opportunity to assist you with your signage / print needs as I’ve had first hand experience to know that the ownership cares and is hands on in the business. Looks like MANY other people have had a 5-star experience here as well. There’s the social proof we are all looking for today! ??Thanks everyone for your help! “I walked into the store in desperate need of some missionary signs turned around fast. There was a very helpful and kind gentleman who said he could do it and we quickly knocked out a couple designs with the ideas that I had drawn and he laid out the designs on his computer. He had the banners done for me within a couple days at a very reasonable price. It's nice to have good quality and good customer service really close by!”
“Long time making this review but I couldn’t say more good things about them! They were great at talking with me in the hardest of times and made everything I wanted for my moms headstone come to life. I asked them if we could do handprints in the cement and they said yes and that is one of my favorite parts on her marker! They were so good about fixing minor issues I had with the headstone ( just missing some calking around vase ) and they came out the next day to fix it. This review is a few years after it was installed and it’s been looking great! Highly recommend to anyone. Especially if you fixate on the small details like me they really do amazing work.”
