I have been staying here for 20 years. Still clean and well maintained just as the day it opened. Highly recommend staying here when going to Zion!

Nice Rv park. Our spot was next to the highway and we had a lot of traffic noise. It was clean but spaces are smallish. We had 3 neighbors during our stay and none of them were friendly but they were not rude either. Short commute to Zion NP.

bathrooms full of hair, often queues outside. we paid $80 which i think was too much. very noise if you park near the highway side. i don’t get why this place is 4.5 stars, maybe RV resorts are all very bad since this is the first time i’m staying in one.
