I had an amazing massage by Ashton last week. He worked my neck so well and it hasn’t felt this good in years. Phenomenal! This is the best spa around. Been to so many and nothing compares to the quality service you get here.

The massage itself and the massage therapist was really nice and did a good job BUT... I found many things very frustrating about how they're running this place... #1) they're very short staffed at the front desk, when I arrived, there were tons of people trying to check out, check in, trying to pay etc. They only have ONE girl covering the entire front desk. I had to wait a long time and I felt bad for her having to be so over worked. Then later, I couldn't get my locker to open and I couldn't find anyone to come help me, nobody was at the front desk for a very long time. I had to go searching all around and finally found her in the employee lounge on her phone and if I understood, the same receptionist has to also do all the laundry in there taking her from the front desk area, then they shorted my massage time by 15 minutes saying they had another customer. I'm sorry but I just don't think their managing this place well at all. This was my first and last time I'll go there.

I have been here a couple times. I went in today because my back was bugging me. I got Mallory she was so great and very thoughtful. I was able to switch what I signed up for to a more sports/stretch-driven massage which is what I wanted but didn't know. Appreciate her and the time!

Sam was amazing when I was getting my massage, very positive attitude and great energy. I felt comfortable and relaxed, I didn’t realize how bad the tension was in my body but she was able to get me to relax and I feel so much better now! Will definitely be coming back.

**BEWARE*** They will cheat you out of your table massage time if you come on time.
**You must come early to your appointment which is not told to you nor listed in any of their text messages to you.
***Deceitful and Dishonest practices ****
My appointment was at 11:15 am. So, I showed up at 11:15 am.
It took 15 mins for me to fill out their online disclosures, get changed into the robe, figure out the combination piece of the locker and go to the restroom.
They had me on the massage table at 11:30 am and kicked me off the table at 12:45 pm.
I paid for 90 mins and only got 75 mins.
I was not told to come in early, nor was it listed in writing in any of their text message reminders.
****I feel this is very dishonest and deceitful*****
The Manager Hannah advised me per their policy they are NOT required to tell their customers to come in early.
**Again, they will cheat you out of your Massage table time, they do not take into account the time to fill out their disclosures and change into a robe.
I have been to many different Massage Spa's and never has my massage table time ever been cut due to the time of one getting changed into a robe and filling out disclosures.
This is a horrible practice for New Image Day & Med Spa!
I feel they should tell you to come 15 mins early and… also disclose in their text messages to come 15 mins early. That would be honest and provide the best customer service.
I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau

Loved the atmosphere and everyone was super nice although when asked if I had any problem areas I made sure to tell my therapist I suffer from migraines for 30 yrs and to focus more on my shoulders neck and head and obviously some on lower legs a feet, I was sadly disappointed as my head barely felt a touch from her and my neck and shoulders were not given the attention I wanted for my birthday today

Sensational, Mallory was absolutely amazing and was super polite and do just what I needed my only regret is not having more time at the establishment they have a very cozy zen room where you wait to be seen and can also enjoy refreshments after your massage or treatment. I received the lymphatic drainage 90minute with foot and scalp treatment plus cupping truly feel relaxed slightly sore but that’s to be expected. Already planning my next visit with Mallory.
