The customer service here it terrible. The employees have consistently treated me like they're bothered by being asked to do their job. And when I call they are rude to me or hang up on me and it's only the south Ogden location the other location are great and friendly

I used to love going to pick up my Rxs. I don't know what happened but the happy faces that used to greet me were no longer. Replaced by a totally different attitude ? why? I would be lied to about when I could fill, and even out right lied to on several occasions. I have since switched and my new pharmacy doesn't play childish games with my Rxs. I'm dealing with happy faces again. I'm never going back to the "family ran" business! Too much drama and I would expect better from the owner himself. I found him to be dishonest and disrespectful to the very customers who keep his businesses afloat. He has high turnover and it will never change. He's not an upright honest business owner and he will sadly lose in the end!I've done nothing to warrant his foul attitude!He needs to go back to school and learn better business management skills! While I was on the phone asking about a Rx, he put the phone down and was complaining about my call to his young girlfriend who works for him and the two of them complained about my business. If I had known he felt that way, and I fill about 20 Rxs between me and my family monthly, I would have switched sooner. Why would I want to give a business any of mine, if they complained about it? Needless to say I have it recorded and I plan to file a claim against him! I've only been there a year and I never filled with this company before!Wasatch Pharmacy is better! Christine is amazing with compounds!

What a friendly place! Very helpful and accommodating. That was my first time using this pharmacy as I needed compound eye drops before my cataract surgery. I’m going to use this place again!

They were extremely helpful in my obtaining a medication I could find no where else as it was in very scarce supply. And were as nice as can be in doing it. Great pharmacy!

The customer service here it terrible. The employees have consistently treated me like they're bothered by being asked to do their job. I called one time recently to get a refill amd was told they had no records of ever filling for me. I asked them to look again and they told me it was my problem that their system was not showing record and that I'd have to call my doctor. I was out of the perscription and it was a Sat. When pressing for them to look again, the lady told me I was yelling and hung up on me. I called back and another employee solved the issue, and found the refill. She told me still that bit was my fault they could ot find the refill in the first place. This is an unprofessional business with poor customer service.

The staff are always friendly and willing to answer any questions regarding prescriptions or products that they sell. I try to support local family owned businesses when I can.

Trash pharmacy. Absolutely zero communication. They ask and double confirm about the medications youre refilling and then never have them on hand when you go to pick them up. They do not communicate about shortages of medications on the phone or even at pick up unless You ask First. Communicate is critical when it comes to medications and peoples health needs. Go to any other pharmacy. I will be moving all of my prescriptions elsewhere.

I travel a good distance to pick up a specialty medicine here unavailable to me elsewhere. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They answer all my questions and are genuinely kind. If I was closer to their location, I'd definitely make them my preferred pharmacy!

Our doctor told us this pharmacy was the only one that would compound a medicine we needed. We were told the prescription would ship overnight on a Tuesday. Wednesday when it wasn’t here, we called. They reported it was placed on a shelf and forgotten. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE REFRIGERATED. They said they’d ship it out first thing Thursday.When Friday after 4 rolled around and still no prescription, we called. Yet again, ‘sorry this happened again, I don’t know what the issue is…. Your prescription is sitting right here’ did I mention it’s supposed to be refrigerated? We asked for the tracking number and email confirmation but were told ‘we don’t do emails’ (we’re 2 weeks away from the year 2023… kindergarteners have emails).…. Still waiting ….****UPDATE****We received the prescription Saturday. A pharmacist called to personally apologize for the mix up and we were told the full out-of-pocket cost would be refunded. Turns out, they also refunded the shipping cost ?This family-owned company more than made up for the mistakes made. I’m changing my review to 5 stars ⭐️Thank you Roe family!!

The pharmacist that came out to my patient’s home was very kind and considerate. He spent the time needed to explain how the medication worked and was able to relieve fears in regards to side effects or problems that may occur. He had a great personality and was able to connect not only with the family members and the patient but with the hospice team present for the visit. It was a great experience to be able to work with this company.

I’ve always preferred Health Mart because the same people will be there every time you go in. They also have compounding available.
