The store always has everything I need, specially the organic food. I love the store how clean, organized and super neat all the items are. They have very good quality. I love the dairy and the area where you can buy quick meals too.

Most fabulous views while you eat lunch. Food is good too. And reasonably priced menu choices.

I happen to stop and shop at this Albertsons because I was in that area. Bad mistake. The produce in that Albertsons was pathetic. Oranges were mushy, turned them over, numerous oranges, the bottom of them covered in mold! The baking potatoes? Two potatoes in the bin. The yellow onions, three or four in the bin, their bottoms were greenish brown. The iceburg lettuce, (not a lot in the bin) what was there, I turned every head over and they were brown. Wth?! Then I headed over to the packaged salads area to get a bag of three colored coleslaw, picked up the bag and it was filled with gross liquid in the bottom of the bag. Complete mush. Next I headed over to get a dozen Egglands Best Eggs. Good thing I remembered to check the carton. I opened the carton up and seven (7!) of the eggs are missing. Opened up another carton, four eggs are missing from the carton. Opened up Another...two eggs are missing. Finally I found a carton that had the complete 12 (dozen) eggs. I don't know if this Albertsons is short staffed and can't keep up with their produce and dairy items or what...but one thing I know. I will NEVER shop at that Albertsons again. The clerks were very friendly but as far as any other positive things about that Albertsons (sorry)... I have none.

Poor customer service. They draw you in with adds the employees are incapable of processing. Can’t believe this place stays in business

Your boy Nick at checkout is handing out some pretty bad attitude today. I went to customer service looking for a price check and he hollers from his register, asking what I need help with, followed by telling me I have to check the shelf price (as though I didn’t already) because checkers don’t memorize prices of everything. He then with great exasperation tells me to bring my item over and he will check the price. I apologize to him for not realizing the customer service was closed (no closed sign) and he doesn’t even respond or look at me. It was quite humiliating and since I’ve never been made to feel so small at Albertsons, I thought you’d like to know about it. I did choose to go through his checkout in case maybe he had a moral compass moment and might apologize, rather he said nothing and nearly tossed my receipt at me in an effort to hurry me along. Just wow.

A very well stocked Albertsons. However, night crew supervisor Cesar needs to be taught customer service, personal hygiene and manners. I was shopping close to closing, I walk up to the registers at 10:07 because I have a weak left leg from military injuries sustained during service, and he tells me they will not check me out that all cashiers are gone, night manager don’t you have a register key? His response was “That this store closes at 10pm!” Wow I had near $300 in groceries in my basket, in this economy that’s not much, mind you. When I queried the manager as to why they failed to do a final walkthrough of the store and properly check for stragglers like myself and others who were still there you could have heard crickets in the store. By the way they put groceries back on the shelves that other customers have had in carts. The supervisor was rude to me, had a bad attitude, scoffed that I was late by 7 minutes and then proceeded to try and justify closing all registers before checking the store. Sloppy business, too strict for a society that gives a 15 minute courtesy everywhere else in our culture, this store doesn’t care about you or your family. My children had to go without for the night thanks to a very inconsiderate employee who obviously doesn’t get that my patronage pays their bills. Though I was late getting to the register, I wasn’t 15-30 minutes late completely ignoring the announcement. I’m sure we can all agree inconsiderate wouldn’t have been anymore than 15 and then you’re the rude one keeping others from going home. Be warned there is no 15 minute courtesy at this store even for paying customers who just worked 12 hours then had to rush to get to a rude employee who just doesn’t care.

Best store around here I am really sad that they are merging with Kroger.
