was way overdue for an eye exam and glasses. Called and they were able to get me in same day. Dr Smith was great explaned everything and was very friendly. I cant say enough good things about Fiona. She was great helped me pick out some glasses, went over the billing process with me, was so friendly. Got a winning team with those two

Dr. Easton is great! BUT THERE IS ONE LADY WHO IS BEYOND RUDE! She is absolutely horrid! We called to get our prescription sent to us so we can order some contacts and she was extremely rude on the phone, like she was inconvenienced by being asked to do her job. She makes me not want to return there and look elsewhere for a place with people who are friendly.

Story time: I’ll keep this brief, even though I could write a short story about how awful my experience was at the Washington, UT location. Shelly provided zero communication or guidance, and I felt intentionally misled, likely for commission. I went in expecting two pairs of progressive lenses with a free eye exam for around $160 plus taxes and fees. Instead, I walked out confused, questioning my life choices, with one pair and an exam totaling over $500. Zero stars—highly would not recommend! Should I have said something and questioned what kind of circus I was participating in, yes. Confusion was real.
To boot, the new glasses were so massive the pair I walked in with could’ve Airbnb’d the space and still had room to invite the rest of my collection.
After two additional visits, including one involving Shelly, and a ridiculous amount of frustration/disrespect, I was finally able to speak with the Store Manager, Fiona. She was apologetic, supportive, and processed the return for the glasses. Thanks to her, the situation was at least corrected. I will never conduct business there unless the Store Manager is the one assisting. Trust is low at this location.

BUT! Talk about bait & switch. I need progressives so they advertise 2 for $159 right?!
Ah no! They don't even try to get you that price or mention it, actually. They KNOW you are coming in for what is advertised price yet don't tell you if the frames you are picking are included or anything. I knew I would pay a bit more for transitions but i was quoted OVER $800 for 2 pair.
So much for their advertised price.
I like the glasses I picked but I won't return there because I don't like bait & switch or people advertising a price and are not open and honest about it or even trying to get you that deal. Disappointed in that part 😕 but the people did work with me so that is why the 4 stars.
I would rather it be 3.5 because of how much I paid for my one pair- but I do like them very much

I had an AWESOME experience working with Fiona, she was courteous, polite, and extremely professional and knowledgeable in helping me pick out my prescription glasses as well as my prescription sunglasses.

Came in on my girlfriend’s birthday last week spent over an hour after her eye exam picking out the frames. Everything was going great until the old lady who we unfortunately got paired with to complete our order started helping us finalize our order. Was very rude, was limiting us on our options, was very hostile and short with her temper. She tossed a mat in front of us that showed multiple lens option but wouldn’t stop saying there was only 2. Ended up rushing my girlfriend to complete her order and repeating herself over and over to the point that the second we walked outside the door my girlfriend spent the next 15 minutes sitting in her car bawling her eyes out. But hey at least you guys got the $330 sale woohooo! Definitely not going to be coming back once we get our order, whether it’s for my own glasses or my girlfriends. Would never recommend any one to this place, not even my worst enemies.

Very bad customers service!! Never coming back one of the ladies at front desk was rude and blame me that it was my fault that my insurance didn't cover anything. One of the ladies name Fiona she didn't finish my paperwork and just checked me in and didn't tell me if the insurance covers everything or not. Not recommended 😕

The best! I go to America’s Best in Arizona but was on a road trip when my contact tore. This location took care of me and helped me get a replacement pair quickly so I could enjoy activities with my family. Thank you, thank you! Outstanding service.
