I have been in customer service for over 15 years. I’ve also run my own business for the last 4. Aleesia is one of the best encounters I’ve had with customer service, ever. I wish I could have hired her for myself. LOL. I came in upset, irritated. She was cool, calm, collected. And even convinced me to stay with AT&T. She’s a keeper.

Friendly/knowledgeable staff and great selection of products. Having said that...beware, like most AT&T franchised stores I've dealt with, they will "inadvertently" add insurance or other monthly charges to your purchase without your consent. I specifically asked them not to make any changes to my current plan when upgrading my phone but they still added the $6 Next Up monthly fee without my knowledge. Once home, I noticed the charge had been added to my account so I called and asked them to remove it to which they stated they couldn't at that time but I could come back to the store (had to be in person) in two weeks and they could remove it then. So I did and they did; however, it still showed up on my first bill so I called AT&T directly (another 20 minutes spent fixing something that should never have happened) to get the $6 credited back and to verify the recurring monthly charge was deleted. What a run-a-around and hassle.

Store was deadly quiet. I was here five minutes before asking another customer if anyone was working here. He pointed to a woman and said she is! She never once said hi, welcome to the store or any other indication that she worked there. Terrible.

aspyn helped me upgrade my phone, and i had a wonderful experience. she was easy to talk to, it felt like i was talking to a friend rather than someone trying to sell me a bunch of stuff. it went a lot smoother than im used to, upgrading phones can be such a pain!

Went to this store to see about upgrading my old phone. Was told they had a promo going that would give me credit of $800 towards a new phone. I got the new phone but come to find out I did not get the $800 credit because my trade-in did not qualify for the promo. Now I am stuck with an $800 dollar bill. After numerous visits to the store (40 miles round trip) over several weeks the same employees (store manager Felicia and the guy who sold me the phone) did nothing to correct THEIR MISTAKE!Finally I got in touch with the district manager, Blake Miles. He told me he would send in a credit to AT&T for the $800. Two weeks later I called ATT&T and was told that he did not send in the credit and there was no information noted that he ever even got in contact with them. I am stuck paying off a phone I would not have purchased in I had not been told I would receive a discount.The store employees either did not know what they were doing or were just trying to sell a phone and did not care about the customer. The district manager Blake Miles has never contacted me again and has proven to be a very poor representative of the company. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
