I never have good success at BEST BUY, no matter the location. My latest venture was trying to find a certain cable. Two people were "helping" and pointed out what they thought I wanted. The costs were around $50 and more for something I didn't ask for. After thanking them, they both went someplace else. My husband and I roamed around for a bit, found the cable I needed, and the cost was $12.99.
This seems like the typical experience on the rare occasions that I visit their stores in any state.

Writing a negative review is not something I look forward to. I am so disappointed in Best Buy‘s customer service. It takes forever to get somebody on the phone and even when you do, they are not in the United States nor do they have the ability to solve any problems. You cannot get a supervisor or a phone number for a local store. A very expensive item was bought at Best Buy And shipped through UPS. The item did not arrive as promised, and Best Buy said it was not their problem and to contact UPS. I contacted UPS who said the item was lost and they would have to do an investigation and search for the package.. I contacted Best Buy again and they said they would also “investigate.” They did not issue a refund to me or offer to solve the problem. I am out the money and do not have a product. I really like my local Best Buy store. It’s too bad. The corporation has terrible customer service. I won’t be buying from them again!!

Went in to purchase front and rear camera for vehicle. Employee threw box back on the shelf when I said I didn't want that one. At the register he had his cell phone appearedTo be texting while we were at the register with him. He was angry and should not be having contact with customers. He was very unkind and gives the entire store a bad name and reputation. Previous visits have been met by very kind and accommodating employees but today we were totally appalled at his demeanor. I asked for his name. He gave me a name but cannot guarantee that he gave the correct name as he was not even wearing and identification tag. We ended up walking out and will purchase at another business. They need to train their staff better and when an employee is having a bad day or an attitude they should not have them on the floor with direct contact with customers but rather should keep them in the back where they can be angry alone.

Pros: workers are helpful and friendly.
Cons: but only if you're at the checkout counter.
I've never had an employee at this location approach me first and take initiative by asking if I needed help.

I purchased a dji mini pro 4 and a dji mini pro 3 around 1800$ in drones they don’t give me the replacement plan and won’t sell a replacement plan I will never purchase from this store again they have always been good until I purchased something of value the manager here is just out scam you so please be cautious of what you purchase here

I got a chest freezer from bestbuy. It got delivered with dents in it. Been on the phone with them for more than an hour with them passing the buck and keeping me on hold. Never will I buy anything or step foot in ant Best Buy. They suck.

I needed a new cell phone. This store was very helpful with checking to see if they had the one I wanted and setting it aside until I could get in there to pick it up.

Absolutely terrible service. Came In to get a power cord for a TV. Walked to the back and waited for about 15 minutes and not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed help. Had to walk around for another 10 minutes before I could find someone to help me. What should have been a 5 minute trip turned into 30 minutes because of the lack of customer service. Will never shop here again.

I gave BEST BUY a 4 star before, now editing it to the lowest. We should have a negative star. Service is terrible, I was glad I got geek squad because the lap top I bought needed repairs twice saving me more than I paid for it. I was very happy. Now I canceled the $198/yr service but obviously the POS at the call center did not cancel the service. SORRY MY BANK FRAUD ALERTED.. NICE TRY, YOU LOST A CUSTOMER..another big corporate america company that doesn't care about anything but profits..
