Five stars to David Curtis, sales-person, and John Dugan, experience manager, at the Washington, UT Best Buy store for their superior product knowledge and post-order follow-up. David explained the benefits and the negatives between OLED, and non OLED televisions. I am grateful for David's patience because I was replacing a "dumb" TV with a new "smart" TV, and I had not been able to put all the moving parts of streaming content together with the newest TV technology despite dozens of hours researching YouTube tutorials and reviews. I finally purchased a Sony 65 inch OLED TV because of the beauty of the dynamic range showing the inkiest blacks, shadow detail, as well as holding detail in the highlights, but I was also seduced by the brightness and contrast of the Samsung technology. I am a professional photographer and an extremely precise Adobe Photoshop user so I understand the difference between a viewer's initial attraction to contrast vs. a full dynamic range picture. David answered my questiions and showed me the Sony and equivalent Samsung model for me to compare. I bought the Sony because I didn't like how the Samsung over saturated the reds in the picture. My mantra was: If I had directed this movie how would I want my audience to see it? The Sony colors were dialed in to my taste. Also, Kudos to experience manager of retail operations John Dugan who made my problem his problem. Long story short, John remembered the delivery date we agreed on and checked, on his own, if the television had been delivered. It had not despite me spending hours on hold speaking with ineffective overseas Best Buy technical support: they all told me the TV could not be delivered as promised. I was broken hearted as the TV was supposed to arrive at the same time my grandson was due for an out of town visit. Somehow John managed to get Best Buy to deliver the TV on Saturday, something Best Buy does not normally do, just in time for the family reunion. I will definitely shop this Best Buy store when I am ready to update my Apple laptop, and all electronic products. Ask for these guys.

I came here to buy AirPod maxs and every single man who came in after me was swiftly and quickly helped by staff, I was told to wait while I aimlessly wandered around the store ready to drop $600 before I finally took my business to target. The guy at the front of the store was rude. The guy at the center kiosk was rude. There were several employees standing around. This place lost my business.

I scheduled an appointment with the “Geek Squad” for 5:40pm. Clocked out and left work early to drive all the way down from Cedar City - 45 minutes and at least a quarter tank of fuel each way. Upon arrival and after a very brief assessment, the guy tells me it’s too late in the day and no one is available to fix my phone today - but don’t worry, he can get me set up to come back another day and time to fix it so my time and gas isn’t “all for nothing” (his words). How considerate! Why do you offer appointments if you’re not going to be able to help?!

Every time I go into this location I'm disappointed. Staff are sometimes knowledgeable but mostly just clueless. If they do have what I need in stock it's way overpriced compared to Walmart across the street nvm online.

Absolutely not! Employees literally bumping into you with equipment because they “close soon and are stocking” then waited (the ONLY PERSON in line) and FOUR EMPLOYEES standing and talking about the superbowl; glanced over at me AND KEPT TALKING left my cart there. These generations are getting worse and worse; no one wants to work for a paycheck or even have basic manners and decency. People in hell will get ice water before I EVER step one toe back in that store.

I was there for 40 minutes trying to get somebody to wait on me. Finally I got myself a cart and at the age of 74 loaded my own TV and then a young man came and asked me if I needed help. I'm not going back.

Went to store in Washington Utah looking for a 32” TV. There was several TCLs listed at $48. Took one to check out. ????? Looks from cashier. She sent someone to check. He came back and indicated that there were no 32” TCL TVs for sale for $48 in the store nor on line. We went back and checked the 6” price tag and sure enough we found with a Smart Phone light in very small grey print at the bottom of the price tag “none available at the store (there were 7 of them) nor online. Looked at the price tag for the 32” Vizeo TVs for $98 the same not available statement in store nor online note in small hardly visible small grey print. Only visible with a cell phone light. In both situations all other print was visible in very visible black print. The prices we visible in large 4-5 inch bold black print. This is called “bait and switch”. Will sent this to the State business ethics professionals in SLC because I’m sure this won’t be posted on your reviews.

Excellent help with my new computer with a virus . Helpful both in what to do if it happens again and also making my computer better in having more ability to reject upcoming viruses. I am very grateful for the patience extended and the quality of work done on the computer.

I went in to buy a phone and they weren't able to sell it to me because of some difficulties and then 6 mouths later found out they charged me for it anyway and because I hadn't made the payments it completely messed up my credit. I've been trying to resolve it and have had no luck. Customer service won't even respond when I tell them my problem. I don't live close to the location so It's hard for me to go in.
