Management & associates of this location great! Wife has very specific wants for phones. Cricket has not had a phone she likes since LG stopped making phones. Everyone affiliated with this location worked together to implement a solution for her requiring multiple visits. Great service at this location along with an unbeatable price, for unlimited 5G service for all 5 of us on this plan! :-)

We were charged for activating a new line that didn't work. We went to other store to figure out how to unblock the phone. When we came back without success the girl told us that they can't reimburse us the $60 we just paid, even though we never activated the phone line. Terrible terrible experience!

Usually Cricket Is Great With Amazing Customer Service. Today Unfortunately Whomever The Gentleman Was Staffing This Location Seemed To Be Incapable Of Assistance With Multiple Problems.... While He MAY Have Been Capable No Effort Was Taken To Assist, So One Is Left To Assume The Lack Is In Capacity.

Employees at this store don't seem very knowledgeable.! We have had to return there 3 times this week to set up service on FLIP PHONES and have had nothing but problems! Shouldn't be that difficult!....?
