My family wants to say an enormous Thank You to Mitchell at Discount Tire! We were out-of-towners driving from Vegas to Zion Natl Park, and a kind stranger flagged us down because our rental car’s back tire was wobbling. Yikes! Avis said, “sorry, no cars here, head back to Vegas.” We decided to go to Discount Tire, and Mitchell went above and beyond to help us! He put the tire on a balancer and diagnosed the wobble. He changed it out with the spare, and watched us drive to make sure it was better. Everyone there was professional and kind. Highly recommend. Thank you Mitchell!

I'm disappointed in the review I feel I need to leave. I've used Discount Tires since I owned my first vehicle and I've always been pretty impressed with their service. I first stopped at this discount tire beginning of January because I had run over a nail and needed a quick patch. I spoke with a gentleman who was very helpful, checked the tread on my tires after I asked him too because I was wondering how close I was to needing more tires. One of my tires tread was still pretty good and didn't quite fall under the warranty. However since it was going to be a month out before I could come back with some travel in-between, we made an appt for getting all 4 tires replaced. I was going to get all new tires even if the other one was not covered by warranty. Showed up for my appointment and they only had 3. I figured no big deal, a little annoyed but I'd be ok. So made an appointment to drive back down from cedar to come get my 4th tire. However, on my way home from the tire appointment, my light came on for my tires. Now I'm not surprised, this does happen everytime I leave discount, but it's never been serious and they have always taken care of it. I called them when I got home ans also stopped by while I was in st. George for another appointment. They made sure there was no nails and all was good. I also noticed that when I turned too hard or fast after my initial tire appt, that my sensor would come on. Again no big deal, I told them and they said they'd take a look when I got here. I spoke to a man today who had not helped me before, still very kind with long Reddish hair. He listened to me and told me he'd have the guys look at my tires. I came back to pick up my car, and asked the guy who gave me my keys if they had checked the other tired like I asked. This gentleman is the same older guy with a 5 o'clock looking shadow beard that I talked to when my tire was low on the way home the first time and the pressure sensor. He explained to Mr, that all they did was check the air, they did not check my other tired and would not and they I need to have my car checked because it's a sensor issue. It definitely is not a sensor issue, and it's not something that hasn't been communicated up to today. I would not come back to this particular discount tire unless I absolutely had too if they are not going to take responsibility for a small mistake. I'm highly disappointed and if I have to go somewhere else to ensure the issue is resolved I would like a Manager to contact me because I will not be responsible for the charges.

Best tire shop! They helped us get back on the road so fast so we could make it in time to our daughter’s soccer tournament.Great experience and great customer service!

Jeremy at Discount Tire did a great job in Washington. I made an appointment online, took my car in, left it, within a few minutes I received a text all work was completed, returned at my convenience, picked up car, and drove away. Both the Washington and Layton stores are great. I recommend either store.

Had a slow leak in the top of my tire not on the side wall I get there the kid tried to sell my windshield wipers, they take my car back come back and tell me the leak Is in the side wall the leak was not in the side wall. Far from a discount will not go back

I had a great experience with Discount Tire when I needed to replace my old tires. They had a large selection of tires from different brands and price ranges, and they helped me choose the best ones for my vehicle and driving needs. They also offered me a free rotation and balance service for the lifespan of my tires, which I really appreciated. The installation was quick and professional, and they disposed of my old tires for a small fee. I would definitely recommend Discount Tire to anyone looking for quality tires and excellent customer service.

Just had excellent service from Hunter! He tended to my lug nut issue and got it fixed promptly so I could make my 3 hour drive home.

From 5 star to a 3 star because I asked Samuel to keep my tires to the side and he didn't do it, so now other employees are digging through piles of tires to find them.. Sam didn't seem to care it taken us an extra hour and two employees off the normal job to correct a simple mistake. Price of tires was good, other employees in the shop were helpful.

Purchased tires and scheduled an appointment online. Tires arrived in 2 days with a phone call letting me know they arrived. Install was scheduled for the next morning. Friendly service and tires installed in 30 mins or less with a price match credit. Could not be happier.

Ive been coming to the Washington store for years both for business vehicles as well as personal. The last time and my visit today were met with young kids with attitudes right off the bat and lack of communication and customer service skills! I did end up talking with Sam who was very professional and accommodating. I think as a business owner of over 30 years myself, this location needs to take these kids and educate them on professional presentations as well and customer greetings with eye contact and a welcoming vibe instead of them acting as if the customer is an inconvenience. The first kid I spoke with regarding my scheduled appointment never looked up, never took his eyes off the computer screen and he mumbled out his lack of communication which was poor at best! His demeanor was rude in every aspect. Second kid came out to talk to me about an issue but did NOT COMMUNICATE in reality what the problem was, third kid came out and his presentation made the issue totally understandable and I added that fix to my job.I left today shaking my head -This is a management issue, education of these young boys needs to be addressed.

Fast friendly! Do a great job! One of there employees even gave me a Jumpstart with their own vehicle when there jumpbox wouldn't work!
