Cashier was impressively rude. Went to buy some bags of ice and specified that I wanted the cube ice and not the block. She said they were all the same price and then muttered something like 'even 4-year-olds know that'. I told her I didn't need a receipt after she rang the purchase up, and she said loudly, "I didn't ask if you did!" I guess it was too blatant to feel insulting. I might go again just for the entertainment, but the manager needs some serious quality control.

Super rude cashier, muttering offensive language about me under her breath. Never had to experience such horrible service and I feel bad for the other pleasant people working with her.

Such TERRIBLE customer service. The cashiers in here are always so rude and have a very bad attitude. I got denied service to buy Monster Energy drinks all because I looked too young. (I'm 18) Its incredibly dirty in there and if you're gonna go to a gas station, go to Maverick or Hearts.

The last two times I was in this store were the two worst experiences I have ever had in the line of customer service. The common denominator of my unpleasant experiences was the female cashier that helped me. She was extremely condescending on both occasions and I was so floored by her attitude that I speechless. I would recommend that everyone stay out of this store and give your business elsewhere. It is a shame because I typically support small businesses but when they don't care to hire quality personnel that can handle working with customers.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I live near by and have had multiple bad experiences with customer service here. The night shift especially. Tonight, I was craving something sweet but they were out of what I had my mind on. I decided to think of something else to fill my craving. After about 2 minutes of browsing I was approached by a staff member to please stop browsing the store and to stand in one place because I was bothering her by walking around. I honestly thought she was joking. After I tried being nice to explain why I was taking my time she fired back at me with rude comebacks and horrible customer service. She wasted no time making fun and belittling me to her co-worker and other customers in the store on my way out. I will never be returning the this establishment. Worst customer service experience ever.

First off I love this place, my wife grew up right up the road and me and her have been going there since we were kids. My father in law goes there daily as well as my uncle. But there’s one particular staff member that doesn’t belong. I believe her name is Rosario a Hispanic lady that should not work with people. I would advise staying away during night shift. This woman needs to be fired.

I have never reviewed before but I have been going here for 9 years and one time I bring my ice coffee cup in the main manager tells me I can't use it when I just saw couple people do the same and they watched me bring it in and waited tell I got to the counter to tell me

Stopped in on the way to Sand Hollow. Not too busy when I visited which was really nice. I was able to get some gas, snacks and a few fountain drinks and went on my way quickly. The gas price was pretty awesome compare to other places, really happy about that. It was such a great little corner store with friendly staff. It's definitely very convenient and helpful for people who are on the road.
