I bought paint after a drywall repair at my house. They mixed eggshell instead of flat. I took the receipt and paint to service desk. They sent me to paint dept! The same guy who mixed the paint initially refused to take responsibility for the wrong sheen! I was refused an exchange. I left the store out of frustration. I remodeled my house a few years back and spent close to $40,000 at this Home Depot. They lost me as a customer forever over a $25 quart of paint. Never shopping there again.! Awful Customer service!

Every employee that saw us asked if we needed assistance with anything. That never happened in the home depot we used to go to in Chelsea Massachusetts.

I really dislike going to Home Depot because the isles are always full of junk they are trying to hock and it makes it difficult to push my cart through. Because of this I prefer shopping at Lowes. Otherwise friendly staff and competitive prices.

Ordered front door. They said it would take 3 to 4 weeks to come in. I went to store 3 weeks later to check the status. It had come in within a week. I was never notified. Had slight damage so I rejected it. Had to reorder it a week ago. Will see how this order goes. Haven't received door but I still have to make payments to home depot. If this door comes damaged will cancel order all together, then I suppose I'll have to fight to get a refund.
