Love Joann’s! They have what I need for my sewing projects and are such a valuable resource in the crafting community here. I don’t know what we’d do without them! Only a few times have the staff been kind of unhelpful. Like once I was confused about my pick up order once and tried to ask someone in charge for help but all they noticed was the fabric in my hands and told me to go get it cut at the table. I tried to reexplain that I was trying to figure out my pick up order while waiting to get it cut but then she just walked away from me like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I assure you I looked really confused on my face haha. But another time a woman was so helpful in helping me pick out fabric for my first quilt! She was amazing! So service is hit or miss sometimes I guess.

I line states my local store has 6 of what I needed but they had zero and the cashier says they don't have that in store anymore. Another wanted trip to Joann's.

The products and sales are always great. It's hit or miss if you find an associate who truly knows their stuff... so do your research ahead.

Cutting lady was incredibly rude when I asked a simple question about a fire print to use for my prosthetic leg.Then I ordered picture frames online to pick up in store, but when I got to the store they only had 1 not 5 as the website claimed and I ordered, which I was getting a good deal on by driving to the store. Now after a week with no correspondence from Joann's I stopped in to check the status. They said they had to get them out of the warehouse, so I left only to receive a call saying that I could only get the one.My time is valuable and this store does not value people's time or hold much respect for their customers.I will not shop here again.

The morale in the St George Utah store is terrible. The checkout girl complained how low staffed they were and how she had to work at the cashier desk and it's making her sick after I said we are glad you came up the line was getting long: Thank you!. I heard 2 employees gossiping about the workplace and people that work there as I was searching for a tape measure and they completely ignored the fact I was lost trying to find it but didn't stop their conversation to ask if I needed help! The cutting lady was a crouch pot as soon as I put my stuff down as the 2 drapery rolls she could see was heavy, NOT even a please, berated me "MOVE YOUR STUFF TO THE LARGE TABLE! "She then berated the person she was cutting for that she wanted 2 pieces cut! And she rudely explained that she can't. You have to cut it yourself I only do one cut! I called after I purchased about $400 worth of drapery fabric: they hung up on me twice; called back a third time same person: I asked who she was the Asst Manager ...Wells oops! Joanne has a huge morale problem and I attribute it to bad management & motivation. I own a company and I could see for myself the problem just in my own experience as a customer. All employees at minimum wage are valuable as we all know it's like a human resource revolving door, but the management team I can tell is not motivating their staff at all!!!!The cutting lady would be fired for cause if she worked for me after insulting 2 customers ( Older lady with short hair and glasses).....Your translating a culture of we don't care about the customer because I'm just here for the paycheck,,,,And your stuck buying fabric here accept the terms...Actually I'm not stuck I will find a better supplier....I will return the 16 yards because of that experience....

I’ve been here a couple times and it’s always been great. However, I recently went here with my sister to look for Christmas items. As we were looking at the earrings we noticed a couple of them were broken, damaged, and laying on the floor. When my sister went to hang the earrings back up a worker named Ginny came right up to us and asked us “Are you stealing those earrings?”WHAT! Excuse me?! We immediately said that the earrings were broken and laying on the floor so we were hanging them back up. She never apologized and just simply scoffed and walked away. We felt so uncomfortable that we decided to just leave. Watch out for Ginny, she might think you’re stealing when looking at merchandise.

JOANN FABRIC AND CRAFTS is the key "go to" store in our area for all craft needs. The inventory is sufficiently large to permit a customer to have a choice of two or three items to meet his or her requirements. Friendly knowledgeable employees, high quality craft items, and a huge inventory ---- who could ask for anything more?

They don’t have a very good selection and prices are high on many of the products I use for paper crafting.
