“I was in here randomly because my mom had been looking at the Denver mattress company brand and this was the closest showroom to us. I purchased a mattress through another company in my home state but have been unhappy with our selection. My mom was the one looking, yet Logan still answered all (and many) questions that I had to help find a better choice of mattress for us. He was VERY knowledgeable about our tempur purchase and helped us determine which one we are going to ultimately trade it in for. We are still within our sleep trial window so unfortunately Logan won’t get any commission from us. Knowing that fact, he still spent probably an hour with my questions alone. I left the store feeling confident that I can resolve my issues with our current mattress and am planning to order our spare bedroom mattress and pillows from Logan all the way from Kentucky because our experience was that good. I can tell he genuinely cares about the company and cares about making sure his customers make the right purchase for their sleep. I wish I had a consultant like him when we were shopping a few months ago. If anyone locally is considering another store, I thoroughly suggest you give it a chance and stop by to let Logan help you.”
