They promised time for delivery from St George to Salt Lake would be 5 weeks, it has been 8 weeks and no furniture and I’ve paid for the set in full. Lost in transit between St George and Springvillle or not done. No one knows. I would never trust them to creat or deliver again.Buyer beware the prices aren’t worth the hassle.

One star is far too generous for this company. It is eerily reminiscent of the Furniture Lady store! Sure they will be happy to take thousands of your dollars to supposedly place an order. They will also be happy to hold onto that money but not bring any furniture. When it finally does arrive in town they will then tell you you must wait two weeks to have it delivered 14 blocks. Or of course there is the option of collecting it yourself. But I paid for YOU TO DELIVER IT! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Just go to Bassett. Good Luck!

This place was highly recommended to me so I purchased a table 4 dining room chairs and wall art. We took the wall art and chairs and waited over a month for the table. In the meantime we ordered 2 living room recliners that swivel and paid for them. I asked that the chairs be delivered when the table comes in because they charge $100 for delivery to mesquite. I called to find out where my delivery was. The blonde designer that works there told me there was an inventory issue and the chairs would not be in until November. I find out from the ladies at the cashier desk, which they were awesome, that my chairs had been sold and they tried to get them from the springville store. So, basically they sold me something and sold it again and I was to wait for the new shipment. I will never do business with them again and that designer needs training in customer service. She acts like she’s doing you a favor but you are doing her a favor. Without customers there is no business.

I’ve had a pretty bad experience with Passport. I bought a couch, chair and ottoman. It was at the warehouse waiting to be delivered and I found something else I liked better at another store. It was 9 days after I purchased. I called to cancel the purchase and was informed they would not accept a return after 7 days. I asked to speak to the mngr/owner and appealed to him but was denied. I accepted my fate but regretted the purchase. Now I have been waiting for the ottoman to arrive because they had to order it. The furniture isn’t really comfortable but looks nice. I am hoping the ottoman will improve the comfort or I can sell the set (but still need the ottoman before positing it). Every time I call I am told it will be another month. I was just told it isn’t even ordered yet because they don’t have enough to place an order from the manufacturer. So basically I have no idea when it will come and even when they give me a date it means nothing.

My experience of Passport has been nothing short of AMAZING. EVERYONE is so helpful, so friendly etc. I had ordered a SUPER cute chair, I unfortunately couldn’t get it, they refunded me, etc. I just bought a bed frame/mattress from them, OH MY GOSH!!!!! It’s absolutely perfect. They are on a higher price point, with that said you get what you pay for. PLUS, you ALSO get boutique furniture as well. I’d rather pay the extra for furniture that is unique and fits my taste. Thank you to the staff at Passport ???

Very disappointed with passport. I ordered bar stools two months ago, and was told they would arrive in 4 weeks. I still do not have these bar stools. They assured me 3 different delivery dates, each has now passed. They refused to offer a refund even after I found out that they failed to process the order, after waiting for weeks. Do yourself a favor and do not shop here.

Lots of good decor and furniture but they’re way overpriced. I purchased an entertainment console 2 years ago for a great deal. Since then the prices have gone up dramatically and now I have no desire to shop there anymore.

We ordered a table back in early March. They said 8-10 weeks it’s would be done. We are now almost 13 weeks and not only do we still don’t have a table, we don’t even know if it’s been started!!! My wife called and they said they can’t get ahold of guy who’s building the table?? They said they would follow up with us and they didn’t. So if they have furniture in the store that’s probably fine but I would highly recommend you don’t do any custom furniture here. We will just keep using a folding table in our new home I guess :(

ABSOLUTELY NO customer service!! The General Manager BROCK is a complete j**** Family member purchased a $2k bedframe and had delivery scheduled for 1pm a day that week. They call at 11am day of and say their inventory was off and they won't have that bed in for another few weeks. AFTER they had already hired help to take apart beds and be ready to accommodate. This place takes no responsibility, has such an attitude and tells you to pick another bed and eat the cost of what you've done to prepare for a delivery that they scheduled, nevermind having no bed to sleep on for 3 weeks while having company in town.

Beware! They have a strict 7 day return policy and will not return items even if there is something wrong!They have some cute stuff but after actually purchasing a dining table and chair I question the quality. One side of the dining table wouldn’t close all the way with the leaf inserted and 3 of our chairs are wobbly. I told them as soon as we noticed just 10 days after getting our set and was told to email them. I waited a week and never got a response so called back. Was then told it was too long to return it now but they would have someone come look if there’s a defect. I waited another week and never heard back. Called again and someone came out. There was a minor defect making one side uneven to close all the way was told we would hear back if we could return. Again never heard back. Called again to follow up after a week. Was told we had the furniture too long to return now! The frustrating part is that they were the reason so much time had passed and they said the table didn’t have a defect but it did! I asked about the wobbly chairs and it was suggested I figure out how to fix it myself. I said no I don’t have time to learn how to repair furniture and shouldn’t have to repair brand new furniture then was told I could bring it there. I could only fit one chair at a time in my van so this wasn’t easy to do especially having a newborn baby and 3 other kids. While there they just kept explaining it was past 7 days return policy and too much time had passed which again wasn’t my fault. I never got a follow up response from them any time during this whole thing. I always had to be the one to keep calling and ultimately never got the issue resolved. ? They wanted me to resend more of the same pictures and basically go through the process again to in my opinion draw out the process longer so they could once again say too much time had passed. It was a circle that never ends with these guys. They make it seem like your the problem when they are the ones dropping the ball. They should have checked things were good when they set it up and they should have responded in a timely manner but some how it’s my fault I didn’t catch the defect sooner, it’s my fault time went by when no one was responding. Terrible customer service!I agree with other reviews that they are unfriendly and unwelcoming when you are shopping as well.Update and response: The response from the company let’s me further know there are issues with communication. Somehow the issues we were having got lost in translation between emailing and calling so many people and getting redirected so many times. The last day they said they didn’t even know our chairs were having issues. I may have briefly mentioned we were moving and would like to return it and pick a new table for our new space but it was never the issue and it’s not too big. We have had so many screws just fall out of nowhere with these chairs. I was never yelling at anyone. Expressing my dissatisfaction and yelling are two different things.

this review is for the St. George location... I unfortunately ordered alot of furniture from this location for my new house, the furniture I eventually got was fine but 9 months after my order I still don't have all the pieces I ordered and paid for. Some furniture was delivered damaged and had to be reordered. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced from any business I have ever used. I have been constantly lied to every time I have called to find out where my furniture was, getting a different story every time. I hired Brock to help me pick out furniture, but he doesn't care one bit after you order. Worst ever!

This is NOT a WHOLESALE furniture store ... their prices are comparable to every furniture store, online included. The OWNER, BROCK HENDERSON works very hard NOT to take responsibility for big mistakes THEY make, then blame their customer, and treat them poorly. Case in point..I purchased a $2000 bed that I loved at their store and told them I needed it delivered asap. I called their warehouse, and they informed me they could deliver 2 days later...I was elated, and hurriedly arranged for men to dismantle my existing beds to make ready for the delivery, and welcome the guests that would be arriving to stay that night. 2 hours before they were to arrive, furniture and cleaning were completed, new sheets, mattress cover and pillows bought, I was ready to have my new bed installed!Simultaneously, I received a phone call from their warehouse letting me know there would be no delivery, because there was NO BED IN STOCK THAT I HAD PAID FOR. There had been a mistake, and I would have to order the bed I wanted , which should take 2-3 weeks. I asked to speak to the owner to see if we could remedy my urgent need by having the floor display delivered, but was told under no circumstances would that happen. No apology, no problem solving, no trying to understand or even listen to my dilemma, only telling me (with a real attitude), to come pick another bed, or get a refund. I have never encountered such lack of caring on the part of a business! PASSPORT FURNITURE IS NOT A PLACE WHERE YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY! They are dishonest, unreliable, and they do not appreciate your business.

Bad experience! Don't go to this place. The owner is rude. You can find the exact same furniture for the same price or less. The owner doesn't take responsibility for anything and cares nothing about his customer's satisfaction.
