Took my 12 year old service dog for a groom appointment. Bath and fur was well done. They weren't able to clip his nails, said he turned purple they wanted to make sure I knew this and recommended vet do his toe nails. I appreciate them being cautious and concerned. I would recommend Petco grooming to my family and friends. Thank you

This Petco has always had the fish products and fish plants I've needed. But I hate going there it is so gross and the employees are awful. I had an issue and one of the employees came at me and I thought he was going to fight me. I never planned on writing anything about Petco but this issue needs to be addressed they need good management and a safe and clean environment.

Some odd rules that their District Manager has put in place. Only say that because 90% of the staff has stated that. I would like to see the outside more the sidewalk pressure washed. It’s caked up dog pee and such. Did find a Dog food my pup loves and he loves the peanut butter cookies from the treat bar.

Petco is a nice place to go they have reasonable prices good selection staff is always friendly and helpful and so are the customers. (I posted this a few months ago)
I no longer feel that way about this store, I will be shopping at PetSmart from now on. ?

Great store with great selection of items. We found all the collars we needed for our cats (even the kitten). The layout was cluttered and messy. Lots of stocking happening that could explain the mess. While the employees were helpful they didn't seem like they liked their job (or could even fake it). Very disappointing considering the store is great. Hopefully it was an off day.

This place seems to have gone way downhill.
The only employee available is the one crew member that is checking you out. They are not confident and appear to not have had adequate training. They struggle with what they're doing and there's nobody else in sight

It is June 30, 2024 2:40pm. I just left here and I was treated extremely poorly by an employee (he told my husband over the phone he’s the manager). I am unsure of his name, he had red spiked hair. I told him that I think the pump on 1 of the fish tanks (the clownfish on the bottom right) was up too high, that it was blowing the sand all over and the poor fish was hiding in the corner he told me “no it’s not, they’re fine.” I replied with would you like to come and look what I’m talking about? He proceeded to raise his voice at me and tell me “I was just over there, they’re fine!” I told him that he might not know exactly what I’m talking about and if he’d just like to come and see, he then proceeded to yell at me and tell me “that he knows a lot better than me because he’s been doing it for a lot longer than I’ve been alive.” I told him he didn’t need to talk to me that way and turned around and said probably not and then I left. My husband just got off of the phone with him because he wanted to call to speak to the manager to just let them know that this guy might have been having a bad day and he should talk to future people better and the guy is the one that answered the phone and yelled at my husband telling him that he doesn’t know what he’s talking about, that he’s the manager and hung up on him in the middle of him trying to tell him that he should have better customer service.
Extremely rude. Unprofessional. Absolutely poor customer service. Should NOT be a manager. Especially if you’re unwilling to accept a complaint on your behalf.

So the man that works that was awesome, cute, friendly. We talked at length about deer antlers and other awesome doggie treats. I will go back because he wAS VERY HELPFUL AND SHOWED ME a variety of treats.

I think they might be short-handed. There were three of us waiting for a check-out person to appear for a few minutes. Even when we were rather calling for one.
