I’ve been a customer for several years. I’m a former member of CenturyLink. After many issues, I decided to make a change and contacted Lee at Redline. While I was still on hold, trying to cancel my CenturyLink service, they showed up at the house and installed my equipment and had me up and running, before a live person answered at CenturyLink. The best customer support in the business, I would highly recommend!

Made an appointment for internet service today 12/30/24 between 8 and 9am and they never showed up or called me back.not to reliable in my opinion.Info West is a much better choice think twice about redline internet they are not professional individuals

Shout out to redline for going the extra… couple miles for us. I bought a new home and of course, the contractor not only set up the wiring in the most complicated way to set up our WiFi, but couldn’t even give redline accurate info on where certain cables were throughout the house. 180ft of extension cable later and hours of constantly finding correct solutions, redline thankfully found a way to work through all the complications of the home. Not only that, but they were incredibly flexible with mine and my wife’s work schedule. “I’ll come after 8pm if that’s what needed”. I have complete trust and peace of mind regarding our internet with this company.
None of the extra labor or cable material were charged to us. “We just want to take care of you guys”

The owners son came out and found the problem with our computer/ router turned out the the router was on the wrong bandwidth. Very knowledgeable thumbs ?

Red Line internet is great! We have had very few issues. And when there are issues, they are great to get it fixed. I highly recommend them! Great customer service…prompt and kind.

I’ve had Redline Internet for years and generally it has been great. Their customer service is one of the best things about them. I was previously with TDS and when I was having issues it seemed like they couldn’t care less. Redline has been totally different and takes every issue seriously. That being said I have had lag issues for the last 2 weeks. I game to stay connected with friends that live far away and as a stress relief. The lag is so bad that I am unable to play. Multiple calls and home visits to Redline have not fixed the issue. When a technician came out, he saw firsthand how bad it was when he couldn’t even move the character in a straight line. I know they care and are looking for a solution. Their customer service is a 5, but my internet, or lack of it, is a 0. I’m hoping that at some point this gets resolved and I can give them both the 5 stars they deserve.

I have been with redline for about 4 years now. The price I pay is half what the competitors are charging and it comes with faster speeds. Any time i needed to get ahold of them i could, and it is a local person that answers the phone. Even after hours I'd just leave a message and they would call me back right away, always friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately I just moved to Ivins and they don't have a tower out here. I really hope they can get enough customers out here to put a tower in soon because I already miss them! I highly recommend them to anyone that wants a great product with excellent customer service.
