Store sells the products but will not assist in serving customer service after the bed and frame was purchased. Dont buy sleep by numbers products!!!!

not knowing anything about air beds it took a long conversation to get info about the beds. after a time I was able to understand what and how they worked. Salesman act like you know all about their product. I had to deal with two who did this with the product. Finally bought the bed. Then the $450.00 delivery fee was added. and we have to wait for a month to get the bed made in SLC, shipped to LV, then delivered to Cedar City. which doesn't seem like a good business move to me.

Ethan was awesome! Spent over an hour in the store as me fiancé and I have very different sleep habits and preferences so finding a mattress has been very hard, until sleep number!

We went into the store to purchase our second Sleep Number bed. After 15 years, we wanted to upgrade a few things. Ethan, along with the store manager Ivan were super helpful in getting us dialed in on the perfect set up for us. We had a small issue with corporate on a small adjustment to the order and Ivan was awesome at following up and getting it corrected for us. Thanks Ethan and Ivan, we truly appreciate your support!

My bed has quit adjusting, the only reason I purchased this bed. It says ERROR 1010.
I did an online chat with Customer Service, Agent name is Aileen.
She asked my name, email, address.
She refused to help me, Because the bed was purchased under my X- Husband name and wanted his email ect. Which I didn’t know.
He held me at Gun point David Dominguez and 13 police officers surrounded him and he was arrested.
Aileen said she couldn’t help me, because I didn’t use my name on the account, only his
I only want my bed repaired, not replaced.
She insisted she would HAVE to contact Him while I have liked the bed and thought if I had to replace, I would buy the same mattress.
I only wanted a customer service representative to help me Hire a Professional to fix the problem.
I have never had a problem, which insisted on contacting HIM! They are not the only mattress company in town.
This is discrimination in my opinion and will take them to Small Claims Court. If they do Nothing to help!!

Location was convenient and interior was nicely arranged. Bed mapping was interesting. Morgan was a professional and knowledgeable sales associate and helped us thru the decision process. Thank you,Morgan, and can’t wait to get our bed this week.

Ivan helped us try several beds and narrow down our options to find the perfect bed and base to meet our unique needs. He also helped us obtain a great discount so we could stay within our budget. Store was clean, quiet, and well designed. They even had a Lego section for our 2 and 4 year old to play at to make our shopping experience enjoyable for everyone involved. Highly recommend! Our purchase didn’t go well. We thought we found a bed that would work for us, but the rep was misleading. Both my hubby and I felt very confident and clear that the first 100 days you can return it and get all of your money back, but then after that, you can return it prorated for their 15 year warranty.30 days in, I called to return it and they gave us a topper to try for free: that seem to help and so a couple months went by and we’re noticing a pattern that my husband is still not sleeping well on the bed.We tried to do a “real return” this time, and they won’t return it because there is no defect. $3000 for a bed we can’t use.

I really enjoy shopping at the Washington,UT Sleep Number store. The manager, Ivan, is so knowledgeable and helpful! The Sleep Number products that I have purchased have helped me to get more restful sleep, which makes my days more productive.
