“*update they called me the next morning and came and picked my car from work, fixed the problem and offered a free oil change.

Took my car in for a simple oil change and transmission flush. Quoted price was higher than others but I took it in because I work close and could walk back to work while they worked on my car. First red flag was them being unsure if they could do the transmission flush (it’s a Honda civic) arguably one of the most basic, easy cars to work on.

I picked the car up and drove it a few miles to get some food and back to work. When I pulled into the parking lot my car was making a horrible noise so I parked the car and looked underneath to see my skid plate barley hanging on.

If you can’t even remember to tighten some bolts it makes me fear the quality of the rest of their overpriced work.”

“My car was in an accident today and police arranged for towing via this company. I can't speak to issues listed in the other reviews on YELp however I am compelled to leave a review regarding the humanity displayed & blessing, the current owner Tyler Satterfield was in my desperate situation. We were visiting St George UT today in our RV, plans to go to Nevada tomorrow, feeling overwhelmed with all the issues the accident created. We had tickets to a show so we decided to call an Uber & attend the show hoping to maybe add a positive moment to a horrible day. I then realized my tiny wallet with my ID, credit cards etc was missing. Yes complete panic set in. During show intermission I called tow service to see what time tow yard opened so we could find another Uber in morning to go to yard and search for wallet. To my surprise Tyler answered, he heard my plight, even though he had a very,early morning tomorrow with plans to fly. He left his home, went to his yard, found my wallet and texted me he was on his way to Tuacahn Center, which is way out of the way, to save me from sleepless night & feeling more lost & distraught then I can describe. It brought tears to my eyes as he arrived at Tuacahn, as it does again writing this review. He didn't want a dime he just said "pay it forward". This angel of a man will never fully know what his incredible act of kindness means to me, their are no adequate words. Tyler thank you from the bottom of my heart and God Bless.”
