“Pete and his crew do a great job. My car is working well thanks to him. My Subaru had a problem that no one in town knew how to fix. A well-known mechanic in the city told me I needed to replace my whole engine, and another wouldn’t touch it. Took it to Pete and didn’t mention what the other mechanics said. I’ve explained the problem to Pete he ordered the parts and in less than a week that car was up and going and the price was fair.”

They open up at 8:00 AM on time ready to assist their customers. My experience was exceptional as Mike greeted me and asked what was going on and I explained to him and stated that I needed to get back on the road to head back to California. Mike was so professional and said okay no worries. We’re going to check everything out and we’ll do our best to get you back on the road. Mike was honest and super friendly when he had to give me my quote for the car repair. So, he ordered the parts and with no hesitation he started working on my car. I was out of there at 11:38 PM to be exact. What took the most time was the parts. And making sure that I will be safe on the road going back to California. “*update they called me the next morning and came and picked my car from work, fixed the problem and offered a free oil change.

Took my car in for a simple oil change and transmission flush. Quoted price was higher than others but I took it in because I work close and could walk back to work while they worked on my car. First red flag was them being unsure if they could do the transmission flush (it’s a Honda civic) arguably one of the most basic, easy cars to work on.

I picked the car up and drove it a few miles to get some food and back to work. When I pulled into the parking lot my car was making a horrible noise so I parked the car and looked underneath to see my skid plate barley hanging on.

If you can’t even remember to tighten some bolts it makes me fear the quality of the rest of their overpriced work.”

“I walked in 2 min before closing to ask for a leak diagnosis and Kevin actually decided to do it really quick free of charge (which kept him there past closing)

that is geuinly top tier service I know he didn't have to do that and most people would be rushing home on Saturday so Kevin went above and beyond and I'm super appreciative”

“My car was in an accident today and police arranged for towing via this company. I can't speak to issues listed in the other reviews on YELp however I am compelled to leave a review regarding the humanity displayed & blessing, the current owner Tyler Satterfield was in my desperate situation. We were visiting St George UT today in our RV, plans to go to Nevada tomorrow, feeling overwhelmed with all the issues the accident created. We had tickets to a show so we decided to call an Uber & attend the show hoping to maybe add a positive moment to a horrible day. I then realized my tiny wallet with my ID, credit cards etc was missing. Yes complete panic set in. During show intermission I called tow service to see what time tow yard opened so we could find another Uber in morning to go to yard and search for wallet. To my surprise Tyler answered, he heard my plight, even though he had a very,early morning tomorrow with plans to fly. He left his home, went to his yard, found my wallet and texted me he was on his way to Tuacahn Center, which is way out of the way, to save me from sleepless night & feeling more lost & distraught then I can describe. It brought tears to my eyes as he arrived at Tuacahn, as it does again writing this review. He didn't want a dime he just said "pay it forward". This angel of a man will never fully know what his incredible act of kindness means to me, their are no adequate words. Tyler thank you from the bottom of my heart and God Bless.”

“If this is for the location on bluff Street(which is the only location I know), than this location was really good, friendly staff(recommended by st george auto gallery) I will continue to use them for oil change needs in the future”
