I wanted our truck early since it was going to be very hot. I arrive to pick up my truck and was using the app to finish the process, but couldn't find where to pick up the keys since there weren't any lock boxes like the app and the lady I was talking to from U-Haul said there was. I was not able to get the truck I rented until more than 30 minutes after my reservation. The girl that opened up the business didn't care at all and seemed very bored at the whole thing. She told me that their site says where to pick up the keys for after hours pick up, but when I told her it didn't and even U-Haul thought there were lock boxes she said in a very bored, uninterested voice "I'll have my manager look into it". Very bad service from this location. I would not rent your U-Haul from here.

So disappointed with uhaul. We rented a truck from this location to move my mother in law. Two days before they called and said they have no trucks in the needed size. They gave me no good options and told me that uhaul is cancelling many customers orders right now (they pushed me to reserve a moving pod via another company that was $1700 more expensive).Uhaul feedback: Don’t take orders that you can’t fulfill. Let’s customers know sooner if there’s a strong chance you can’t get them a truck. Do more for customers whose order you cancel.

Very friendly yet professional. We needed a trailer on short notice and on a Saturday to boot. This Neighborhood U Haul Dealer was the only store open past 1pm on Sat. and I'm glad for it. Jessica was motivated to do a good job as she did just that. No problems with our U Haul rental. We will be return customer's and you have my recommendation.

Rented a 5x8 yesterday. Great customer service and very helpful on helping me choose a trailer. Bringing the trailer back was very easy and quick.
