Honestly the best people work there they have become my friends as often as I go there :) quick service, always honest, and even help make packaging cheaper and more efficient. Even with the end of day having more people show up, they get through lines and even help filter through who needs what done with different lines for different needs. I also really want to shout out as everyone refers to the “brown haired girl” that works there. She is such a hard worker, helping multiple post offices, being a mother, and providing efficient service to every customer.

I live in the real version Estates and the mailman that delivers always putting the packages in the wrong addresses. I am constantly having to chase down my package in other people‘s mailboxes, so please do something about it. Find out who he is the real version Senior citizen Park on River Rd., Riverside Road. My unit is 29 and I’m always getting somebody else’s package and trying to find mine is ridiculous.

Building is too small and not enough employees for customer load. Employees don’t have time to effectively communicate processes I’ve been in twice to pick up my house keys and they have told me something different every time, I now
Have to go back again because the first two times they didnt have me fill out a request form. So confusing do better.
