“These folks went the extra mile and really saved us in a tough situation as we were traveling across multiple states. Our car was dangerously struggling on mountain grades—warped rotors, damaged tires (and we also discovered later, a cracked wheel). We arrived about a half hour before closing and they stayed a long time after hours sourcing rare parts for our custom vehicle. When parts arrived the next day, they squeezed us into a fully booked schedule because they knew we were a large family stranded without a car and wanted to get us back on the road as soon as possible. They have a comfortable waiting room (our kids appreciated comfy chairs, movies & popcorn!). Their team of mechanics kept us up-to-date with progress on the repair, were very competent in assessing our problems, and tried to find us the best deals possible. So grateful for the truly excellent service.”

“I was on a long frustrating trip through Utah when my car broke down for the umpteenth time. My towing insurance couldn't find anyone to tow me. I'm in the middle of a desert and they wanted me to find a tow! I called Mick at Rusty Fork and he was able to get me a tow. He and his assistant worked for two days trying to figure out the problem. I was able to finally get to Salt Lake City, and then get my car shipped back home. I was in 107° heat trying to get a tow for four hours until Mick eas able to get me to his shop. “Engine showed that it was running hot on our road trip - we were worried that we would have to limp along to Salt Lake City to get repairs. Found Blue Diamond online and the great reviews were correct. Rob and Antonio were great, communicated frequently with us, and did a great job. Engine was not overheating, sensors were bad. They found a couple other things that could have been disastrous as we pulled our travel trailer on the interstate or got us stuck in the middle of nowhere. They were courteous, professional, and so helpful. Wish they were local for us here in Arizona!”

“I rarely give five star reviews because I am of the opinion that there is almost always room for improvement. That said, Carsen and Cade are amazing! We were travelling through Price on a family vacation and were having problems with our suburban losing power and dying. I knew that there were resources available in Price and did not want to continue on and risk being stranded on a remote stretch of highway with little recourse. None of the shops I talked to were available to work on it until after we planned to have returned home. A local resident saw me attempting to resolve the situation in a parts store parking lot. He recommended Tunnex and called them to convey our situation, and let them know that he was sending us over. I arrived near closing time and they stayed late to help me further assess the situation. They were able to rule out most of the more grievous potential causes that would have definitely left us stranded. They suspected the problem was with the battery terminals, and happened to have parts on hand to replace them. After that they would not accept payment because they could not stand behind their work without more extensive diagnosis and validation. The problem has not recurred since, and they saved our vacation!”
