Terrible service and even worse customer service! There are constant outages and you can’t reach anyone in the office. It may be cheaper than other providers but you get what you pay for!

Customer service is non-existent. No one ever answers the phone and they don’t respond to emails. Not sure how we ever got signed up with them because we can’t get in contact with anyone now
May 2025 Update:
For the past 4 months we have tried to call Airband at least once a week. Not one time has someone answered. We have switched to Starlink and have much faster speeds with similar latency. Stay away from Airband!

I can never get a person to call me back or even respond to my emails. My service has been inconsistent and spotty. Every single day since August my speeds have dropped to where I can’t even use my internet. I really wish someone would let me know what’s going on. It use to be great internet service.

Service has been really unstable lately, and you can’t ever get in contact with anyone to help you. My internet has been out for the better part of two weeks now and there’s no telling when it will be back. I’ll be switching providers.

Scheduled a time for them to come talk to us about it and install it and a guy showed up but never came in or talked to us and we called and no one answered left a voicemail but no one has called us back yet.

We’ve had internet with Air-band for a few years now and for the most part it has been ok. It’s in times like now where my internet has been down for 4 days and I’ve reached out to them several times and no one will answer your call or ever return your call and I continue to ask myself why I am still using them. When the internet is working things are great however every time there is an outage, you never know when it’s going to get fixed because you can’t get a hold of anyone. If you want great customer service this isn’t the place for you.

internet is amazing, but the fact they stop taking payments out from my account since February is very upsetting, this is for our grandparents internet, I've contacted this people so many times left alot of voicemail and my number for them to call me back I even went to their branch here they said they fixed it but they didn't, if they can see this, I wanna talk to someone who knows what he or she is doing to call my number I left so many times in the voicemail to get things right,I was told they have good customer service but I don't get any good customer service no phone calls nothing I wish someone will call my number back soon cause this is very upsetting

Probably the worst internet service I've ever had. Had a 5 mbps connection in Idaho with the same over the air service and never had lag issue like I do now. Call to get it fixed otherwise weekend and they don't get to it till you call and bug them the next week. I get they are a smaller company but its not worth the cost. Comcast has the same pack I have for 50 bucks less. Time for a change.

Not great, internet would go out for about an hour many mornings when my kids needed to be online for school! Super slow ping times and packet loss to boot especially later in the day. Was told it would be fixed in a few days, waited patiently for months and it never happened.

Airband has excellent, friendly staff. The internet speed is fast. There have been some times when our connection has been lost and sometimes bad weather interferes, but overall it is a great service! A good bargain!!

We have absolutely loved Airband. The internet service is fast and reliable. Whenever we have had an issue they were quick to respond and promptly fix it. Customer service is friendly and very helpful. If you're looking to upgrade your internet service, I would recommend looking at them and consider switching over
