“It is great to have at least one office supply store that you can shop in store at our location. They were very willing to help and find what I needed. It is also nice that they stay open until 8:00 so that the working people have a chance to shop after work.”

Joyce helped me get everything done quickly but wasn’t in a rush. She listened to me and gave me great advice. She was friendly, kind, and made my day. Best usps experience I’ve ever had!”

“Though I've had my problems with this post office, I think they've gotten better to deal with. I am a daily customer now. It is very convenient to have the prepaid drop off. That said, there was a time I forgot to add a label to one of my packages. They were kind enough to have that sent to my place of residence so I could add my label.”

“They always go out of their way to suggest the best ways to ship packages overseas to keep it as affordable (and safe) as possible. Unfailingly cheerful and friendly - they also made an effort to contact me when my box was about to expire when I was away and hadn't been able to check on it. They're conveniently located on campus and I'd highly recommend them!”

“I love this post office. All of the people who work here are really friendly and helpful. David always has great tips for sending packages and is always kind. Our mail lady waves EVERY time I pass her on the road, and when she is bringing a package that doesn't fit in our mailbox she walks it up to our porch. Just great service from these guys.”
“I had a issue with some mail not being picked up from a collection box. I went into the office right before closing time and talked with the man at the desk about this problem and he went and talked to the manager Matthew. He came back and said that Matthew would go out to the collection box and check it himself. Around 6:00 or so I got a call from Matthew explaining what had happened. A little while after the phone call I got a detailed email and apology that I can send to the customers who’s packages delayed. Although this was a inconvenience to me I was very impressed with the way Matthew went about this situation. It is nice to know that there are some institutions with good customer service.”

I have used them for years for printing and so appreciate how easy they are to work with--being able to email documents, for instance, and call to talk to an actual person instead of a recorded menu. Haylee, in particular, is so helpful, often going the extra mile to take care of her customers. They are my go-to printer and shipping store.”
