On Wednesday, October 2 at around 11AM we had sprung a leak in our antifreeze reservoir in our diesel motorhome. We made a call to Carrillo Brothers which was only a couple of minutes away, and they had us bring it over immediately. After inspecting it they said we needed a new one and they ordered it from Freightliner in Salt Lake City. They told us it would be quite a few hours before it would arrive and as we still had water in the reservoir, we could go park it down the road in a big casino and Pilot overflow lot and wait till they could come and fix it. The part took approximately six hours to get to their shop. And at approximately 8 PM Salvador from Carrillo Brothers came over after working all day in the shop and spent till 11 PM fixing our motorhome. I cannot say enough about this company! They are friendly, caring, and knowledgeable and go above and beyond! Thank you, thank you!

My alternator went out when i was ready to leave West Wendover nv. Checked with the parts store and they recommend them, as soon as they got the part the put it on and I was on my way home. Labor cost was very reasonable and they did a great job.

Had a leak issue with my diesel while driving from WY to CA. Pulled into Carillo Brother’s Repair and they diagnosed & fixed my diesel rig in a matter of a few minutes.

I've never run into a better group of guys. Hit town as my fuel pump was dying. The trailer tires were another matter as one shredded across Utah and a couple others weren't far behind. The shop diagnosed the fuel pump error and had the OEM part in the next day. By the next morning the pump was installed and all 5 tires on the trailer were replaced. The shop could have charged up big time, but the price for all services was the most reasonable I've encountered in over a decade. I cannot recommend The Carrillo Brothers any stronger. It should be 5 stars squared. They turned an "Oh Nooo" into an "Oh my God Thank You". They're a desert oasis for cars and trucks in need.

One of the tires on my travel trailer exploded. I tried calling AAA but they couldn't help because only my truck is covered. So I called the nearest shop and it was Carrillo Brothers. They were fast. I was a little surprised by the price of 428, but it is what it is and I am sure that is normal price for service and a tire if you're not covered by any insurance. Salvador the tech that helped me was so kind and very helpful. He explained that it was the heat and I was probably going to fast. So I learned a lesson. I was going to get the other 2 tires replaced from them but I just did not have the extra cash and had to go where I have a credit account. But I would highly recommend if you need road side assistance or tires. Super professional, friendly and fast!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

We found a nail in our tire on the way through town, stopped into Carrillo Brothers to have it checked - they found the nail AND a screw in the tire were able to repair everything right away (took 30 ish mins) for a super reasonable price. Our whole trip could have gone totally sideways but this shop kept us on the road :)

Julian was so awesome and helped me out when my check engine light came on during my road trip, even though the shop was technically closed! He took the time to do a diagnostic, cleared the code, and explained exactly what was going on and how to fix it so that I could be on my way. I'm so incredibly grateful for his patience and professionalism! Thank you!

I got a tire puncture passing through town. They got me patched up and on my way at 8:00 PM on a Saturday. They were very friendly and the cost was very affordable.
Lucky to find a place willing to help in a small town on a weekend.
