We love taking our pups here. Dr. Powell is an amazing vet who always makes us and our fur babies more comfortable. She has helped us with multiple animals with some complicated medical issues and has been nothing short of spectacular. The office staff is also great and always seem to remember our pups. Cannot recommend this vet enough.

Do better for your pets.
This place told us they were having trouble finding our records. New owner issues. But had no issues telling us what was needed, even though they couldn’t find records. After multiple calls and emails we were finally able to get records and transfer to a a new vet. We’ve been mislead to buying shots that have been done before and one animal received kennel cough and scratches on his nose from the kennel because he was so anxious and scared in their care. If you think you’re spending a lot and it doesn’t seem right. It’s probably too much and it’s the main stream corporate price. They may care for the pets you have but only after they stick you with a big bill. To any one that is reading this. Your pets deserve better..

Love these folks they have helped our family with injuries and medical maintenance for all of our fur babies. They are compassionate care people who under that they are not just pets they are family. We do appreciate the candle if it is lit and the explanation for having it. FYI if the candle is lit someone is saying their farewells to their friend.

Was visiting from out of town and realized my boy had run out of his medication, so called them up and spoke with Naomi who was truly awesome! She was able to get us in the same day. She really did go above and beyond! My boy even got a little calming scarf because he can be somewhat of a spaz ?
Overall we enjoyed our experience, you could tell that they really care about our fur babies. Would definitely recommend.

The doctor and vet care was fine and i like the doctor i think shes great but the customer service is terrible. From the time I dropped off my pet and again at pick up, the girl with the bun was very cold and unfriendly. Not cool.

Very friendly staff that all absolutely love animals. They took my dog in the back to give her shots. When she came back all she wanted to do was go back into the back area with all the people giving her love and treats. I think she is looking forward to going back lol! Such a great experience!

The morning shift receptionist on Mondays showed a strong attitude during scheduling calls, lacks empathy, and shows little patience, particularly evident in interactions with pet owners expressing concerns, making me hard to trust bringing my pets there. The receptionist is representing the company, the interactions I had with her today make me doubt the professionalism of the company.

Love the staff, they clearly care about all the animals they take care of. Took great care of my puppy Salem and are very patient with her for vaccinations (my dog is sort of a brat when it comes to getting poked)

Animal Care Center saved my pet's life Dr. Lindsey and the entire staff are amazing people and love their jobs and your babies as much as you do so please take your baby to Animal Care Center. I continue to use this veterinarian office the entire staff is loving to my Roxanne and believe it or not she knows where we are when we pull into the parking lot they treat her like a family member!!
