“I would like to offer a positive review on Gilbert Herrera. He was so helpful when I went in this morning. I was so impressed with his ability to provide outstanding costumer services. He went above and beyond his assigned duties. I needed to replace my key fob battery, my engine air filter and my AC filter and he showed me how to do everything. Showed me videos from youtube, came outside to my car and walked me through everything I needed to do. Allowed me to use his tools. He was friendly and helpful. “This was honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had at autozone. My truck runs two batteries and one had gone completely dead and the other was no longer holding a charge for longer than 24 hrs. I had a road trip I was leaving for and didn’t have time to replace the batteries due to the time it takes to change the GMC 3500 batteries and the auto zone team jumped into action and said they would be happy to help me get them changed out. A job that would have normally taken around an hour solo was done in 20 min with the help of the team.
Top notch service and high quality parts. I will definitely make this store my new home for all my car needs!

“I severely damaged and scraped the passenger side of my 2012 Audi A6, by running into a barrier at a gas station. I've owned this 2012 Audi A6 since it was new. I thought it would never look the same again. I picked it up from New Image of Bountiful yesterday and it looks brand new. I swear the technicians at New Image are ARTISTS. They do amazing work! I've had them work on all of my cars. Look at the photo of my A6 and you will see why I consider NEW IMAGE OF BOUNTIFUL the best auto body shop on the Wasatch Front.”
“Had a pleasant experience here buying a used CX-5. We first stopped by to look at it and found that it was having trouble starting and the rear, automatic hatch was not working. The salesman, Tim, and I concluded it probably needed a new battery. We called back to test drive and "talk numbers" and Tim said he had already had the shop put a new battery in it and it would be ready for us. I like that he was proactive. Both times we looked at it, it was detailed well and not dirty. I feel like some dealerships half-detail it and cars aren't as clean as they could be. Price was good and they were willing to work with us a little to get where we needed to be. Tim was relaxed and didn't apply any pressure for us to buy. He felt like more like our advocate during the buying process trying to get finance to agree to the price we felt was appropriate and worked for us. The first pass on the numbers included a "reconditioning fee" of almost $700, which should absolutely be included in the price and not a fee that shows up during the negotiation process, but they were willing to wave that once we told them the price we needed out the door to make a deal.We were in and out in about an hour and a half, which is not that bad. I have been at dealerships much longer and it's not fun. We had our 3 kids with us, so we just wanted to sign what we needed to and get out. Overall, pretty happy and would buy a car from them again.”

“I have been an Interstate Battery dealer since the 90's , because as a technician, you stick with what works! MIRACLES IN ACTION WITH MR BEACH, in our mission of helping stranded motorists for free, often encounter dead batteries on the cars we help out on the road because the average time people wait for someone like me to stop is an average of 4 Hours. By then, the emergency flashers have killed thier batteries. The sozo is now on its 3rd battery, not because they are bad but from the use and abuse it endurs constantly hooking the cables to it. I often trip over them and it weakens the post. INSTESTATE SALT LAKE CITY Traded my battery for one far better suited for our purpose. Thier store is well stocked with a huge inventory. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much!!! Great job! God Bless!
