They did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle. They were always so kind and on top of things. I called a couple times for updates, and they were always patient and willing to answer my questions. Overall, great experience!

The body work looks good as does the painting. I did not give them 5 stars is because they said it would take 7-10 working days to be completed. They had my car for 16 days.

The paint job was amazing as it matched up perfectly with the older paint. Body work was just as good. They worked with a timeline I had and were able to meet it. The only frustrations were they were rolls by me that there was damage to both sides of my truck from the bumper bending into the side where there was no impact - well they forgot to put that on the insurance claim. It was only a small portion of paint damaged from the bumper but they forgot it until the day I picked up the truck. They put a little touch up paint on it which really was ok since this is a 2007 truck.
I had a slight warrantee issue, the materials below some of the paint bled up through so they sanded the roof again and repainted it to take care of that problem. The only problem I had with this was I asked if it to be completed within a certain timeframe which was a week and they said they could do it, but the painter was specifically told they needed by this date, and he For whatever reason had selective memory loss or who knows what but the owner specifically said the painter knew the timeline and missed it so I didn’t get it when I needed it.
Overall, the paint and bodywork looks great so for a body shop I guess this is kind of normal to have things not run completely perfect.
Yes I would use they again. The shop owner seems upright and straight forward.

I took my truck to be repaired and I would never use them again. There was a lack of communication throughout the entire process, they were slow to return calls, and gave inaccurate information. I score them a 1 start for lack of communication and a 3 star for quality of work. MY truck sat outside for months with the bed cover open, which damaged my bed cover. It was very frustrating doing business with them.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The Owner, Ryan, was consistently disrespectful and dishonest regarding the parts, completion date, and timing of my truck's repairs. Despite having my truck for months, he closed the claim prematurely without completing the work. When questioned, he claimed he had tried to contact me to bring the truck back, which was untrue. This negative experience led me to leave my first and only review on Google, with the hope that others can avoid a similarly upsetting encounter.

Dealing with Bountiful collision was like the good old days before Covid. A1service from communications with my insurance co to rental car pick up and delivery. I was treated like royalty. My car came out looking like new. They even cleared the cataract on my head lights. I highly recommend this company. And kudos to Farm Bureau for suggesting this company for my collision repairs.
