I was told I couldn’t return color I had just purchased. Unopened, original receipt and within the return window.Had a chat with headquarters and was told they were out of line and that wasn’t cosmoprofs policy. Went to Farmington to return and had no issues. I’ll happily make the drive to avoid this store and their made up policy’s, poor customer service and cold atmosphere.

Zero stars for Eli the manager if that is his real name. I wear wigs due to a condition. I have shopped at cosmo for as long as they have been open. I have had my license since 1988. I am 55. Today I went in to purchase some dry shampoo. I don’t use dry shampoo on a regular basis. My daughters have before but they don’t live me anymore. I picked one up and sprayed a little and was told I couldn’t do that unless it said “tester” on the bottle. None of them say “tester”. It wasn’t even what he said, it was the way he said it. I asked him how I would know if I like the smell I am going to spray into my hair if I don’t spray a little and he said stick with one you’re familiar with or something like that. There was no, hello are you doing today? Is there something I can help you find? Etc. instead I was treated like a seven year old. This is the second time I have had an encounter with this manager with his unkind and I don’t give a rip about you attitude. If I was cosmoprof, I would say goodbye Eli.I bought the bottle I sprayed a little into the air. I am guessing Eli won’t allow me to return it if I don’t care for the smell. Eli needs to get a different job where he doesn’t have to deal with actual human interaction. If cosmoprof isn’t smart enough to say you’re fired Eli, maybe the next time you see a woman looking at some dry shampoo, maybe you could think to yourself….. maybe this is her first experience with dry shampoo. Ya, I wouldn’t want to spray something I don’t like the smell of into my hair either. Maybe I should actually act like I care about the people that come into the place I manage. That might be a good start Eli.Sincerely and with love,The dry shampoo tester……

This store is fine but there are employees who literally could not care less about you and have zero desire to help. Love being talked down to. I know it is not their fault but out of stock of a lot of stuff too and never know when it's coming back

One star is to many! Will not step another foot in this store, until a certain employee is gone! I will travel to the Farmington store where you are treated like a customer and greeted professionally. Costing me gas and time, but worth it! Looking forward to talking to district manager.

I am not one to leave a negative review, but I had a bad experience at the Bountiful Cosmoprof. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. If given the option, I would absolutely recommend hitting up the Centerville location over this one!

I went to cosmoprof in Bountiful to get a few items , i saw that there was a lunch break at 12 I entered the store at 11:45 , Ely was extremely rude and rushed me , every time I asked for help he denied and would respond with an attitude, he kept rushing me out of the store , I could hardly grabagrab I went there for, he basically was kicking me out fo the store .I left more frustrated than anything , due to the lack of respect and such an extremely poor customer service , I was treated like a dog who basically got kicked out of this store , when I had the right to shop for 15 min , which if he didn't rush me and mistreated me I would have taken 10 min tops !If the lunch is as 12 you wait until 12 .As a salon owner I think this isunacceptable and I will be calling and emailing corporate to discuss this issue with them , maybe they can teach ELY some good manners .

I love Cosmoprof and have always had positive experiences with their services, however I tried to go to the one in Bountiful and there were two employees, one checking out a single customer, the other standing by the door, and they both told me to leave and come back in 45 minutes because they were getting ready to leave for lunch.

Absolutely love this store. The employees are above and beyond helpful. They are actually knowledgeable about the products they sell. Always helping me find the best deals, and even offer discounts regularly on regular priced items.

I was trying to get some info on a class I signed up for and called another store and they weren’t helpful and kind of rude, then I called this store and the gentlemen working was so nice to me and told me everything I need to know. I always have a good experience at this location
