The bearded gas attendant named Mark shut my pump off & threatened to revoke my membership because I couldn't turn my car off while pumping gas (bad battery). Stay away from this guy. He is begging for conflict

Love it. Great place to buy your snacks ?. Why pay at gas station or work. Only downfall is overcrowded it's time to add on. Especially food court needs more seating and the soda lids don't stay on and the kids drop the cups on the floor because don't support. Please change the lids on the sodas, and please have more samples to taste ?. Everything needs to expand sincerely number one inspector ?. Love your employees ❤️. Cleanliness good job ?♥️.

Walked in to return a couple of things and bought a sectional sofa... And a bunch of other stuff I didn't know I needed. Good job, Costco!

Candace was one of the rudest staff members I’ve ever come across. She kept trying to ask me to leave the store because I “didn’t have a card” even though I did have my card on me and I was trying to show her. Very aggressive, made me very uncomfortable. Seems to let the small amount of power she’s been given in her role go to her head

We had a great experience at the store today, but unfortunately we got home and our rotisserie chicken was still raw. We visit a lot of different costcos in the area and have never had this problem anywhere else. This is the second time we have got a raw chicken at this location. Please make sure to cook them all the way!

This is a great costco location offering everything you could need and more. I have always found the employees friendly and helpful. They have appliances, electronics, home furniture, clothing, pharmacy needs, and more! We love the rotisserie chickens and for $5 you can't beat them! They also have a food court inside selling the classic hot dogs and pizza slices.

Usually the lowest price for gas. Shop about once a month. Two stars because of a bad past experience with a return. A purchase made from a vendor costco brought into their store. Vendor told us we could return the product container empty if we were not satisfied with product. It was a skin treatment for eczema. My daughter used it for two months and had no improvement. Took the container with receipt and salesperson’s name back to the store. Employee rolled eyes and told another employee ‘she wants to return an empty container and said it didn’t work’I would not have paid $60 if it wasn’t guaranteed satisfaction like the vendor representative stated. Costco needs to back up customers when they have outside vendors selling merchandise.

Even though they can get super busy, I can always find a good parking spot so it makes it super easy to pull in and out. I can always find the things that I need. Employees are always willing to help with wherever it is your needing. Pharmacy is one of the best.

I have been a member for years and the quality of customer service is severely declining. During my most recent visit, an employee pushing a cart nearly collided with me. Instead of a polite request to move, I was met with a cold stare until I offered to step aside. To add to the frustration, when I tried to reach for an item pushed to the back, the same employee started yelling at me, claiming I would make a mess and insisting she would handle it. This unprofessional behavior left me questioning the value of my membership.

We bought our house early in 2020. As a way to furnish a nice eating area, we purchased a six-seat dining table from Costco a few months later. Fast forward to October 2023, over three years later. My boss gifted us an eight-seat dining table and seeing how our family was growing, we saw this as a good upgrade. We decided since we were gifted a table that we would pay-it-forward and gift our table to someone who needed or wanted it. Through word-of-mouth, we found a taker. The table was taken from our house on Thanksgiving, November 23, for the new people to enjoy. On November 24, the table was subsequently returned to Costco for a refund, unbeknownst to us. We received a letter in the mail from Costco on November 30, notifying us of the return on OUR Costco membership card and as a result, our hard-earned rewards were deducted from our account. The individuals who made the return, ended up getting the refund, over $800, on a Costco merchandise card. I am trying to understand why, since we no longer owned the table, it was returned to our account, punishing us for a prior purchase that we didn't even return or get any compensation from? My husband, the account holder, wasn't even present for this transaction to his account. This would enable anyone who receives a gift over $100 to return it to Costco, get a merchandise card from this gift, and punish the gift-giver for something thoughtful. I am very upset and disappointed in Costco. This is wrong and makes me reevaluate where I buy any gifts for anyone, knowing that I could possibly pay for my generosity.

on October 31, 2023 at 12:15pm, I was walking in through the exit to go to the cafe when one of the receipt checker ladies stopped me to ask if I had a Costco card. I responded that I didn’t and was just planning on eating at the Cafe. (I have eaten at the Costco cafe multiple times this year without a Costco card.) She promptly turned me away and told me that Costco doesn’t allow anyone in without a Costco membership anymore. Understood. I believe in the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. So I responded politely with “Oh, is that true? No problem.” I turned and left. When I was maybe 30 yards from her, I heard her say in a mocking voice to her coworker, “Is that true? Duh, I wouldn’t lie to you about it.”Here is the issue: her professionalism was horrible. Whether or not I own a Costco membership, I deserve to be treated respectfully by Costco employees. If employees at Costco are so disrespectful, for what reason would I want to own a membership? I hope this message gets to her. I really thought about confronting her about it, but I decided to save her the earful.
