Really great service, they did a transmission on our sequoia which were on national back order, which I confirmed by calling multiple Toyota Parts departments. Somehow they were able to get one in a week and get it installed.
They also did a starter on the same car about 11 months later.
Good experience both times!

My wife and I bought a car which had some problems we brought it in he was easy to talk to and addressed exactly what I ask him to look at I just pointed him in the direction I felt the problem was coming from and sure enough was basically what I thought so thank you for looking out. And not making it a disaster when I brought it in was pretty painless considering what all was wrong. So from the wife and me thank you. I would definitely recommend for future on the fencers

I wouldn’t recommend a Mini Cooper to anyone. They’re cute and fun to drive but poorly designed. If you’re determined to get one Lance Paul is the place to go for service. They are friendly, do good work and the pricing is fair.
I recommend them without reservation.

I have used Lance Paul for a few years, now. They have demonstrated, on every occasion, to be efficient, thorough, honest, and competent on caring for my automobile. They have also created an inviting ambience in how they deal with all their customers.
In fact they are so capable, I’m thinking of changing my talk therapist and going to them!

We started going to Lance in 2018. Continuously have great service and treated with such respect. He always gets approval before a service, always respects the given price and understands when we can't do something. We have ranged from emissions to tie rods and rack and pinion. As long as he is open we will continue to go to him and his team. Highly recommend.

Best shop, period! I’ve been taking our vehicles to Lance Paul for several years, and they are the only shop I’ll use. Everything from simple oil changes, to brakes, to a nasty heater core replacement on my daughter’s car, they take care of it all. They are honest and fair, do excellent work, and are always pleasant to interact with. Again, best shop, period!
