Today they get five stars. I asked for help locating furnace filters and got a courteous and helpful direction. I was kindly asked if I needed assistance locating the correct filter when in the aisle. I was helped when checking out and treated with a kind thank you for shopping with us as I left the store. It seems they have made great effort in making the customer feel welcome and appreciated. It was a great experience. The best I have ever had shopping at Lowes. Based on today's experience I would happily choose to return to the Bountiful store. Great job.

Always great people to interact with at Lowes. They try and help me find what I'm looking for and anytime I've had to make returns, they are always so accommodating and helpful! This last time I went, however, was extra great. I was making a return and the employee helping me (I wish I wrote down her name!) complimented my wife, saying she looked so beautiful without makeup on. For my wife, who is 7 months pregnant, it absolutely made her day! Always appreciate people doing great work!

Don’t trust this location when scheduling a delivery from the store. They keep selling off the assembled grill that we have ALREADY purchased and that is awaiting delivery to our home, which has delayed delivery twice now. After reassurance last week, the grill was, once again, not delivered today. After spending thousands here on this transaction, a higher level of service resolution is expected. The only answer we keep getting is that we have to live with the continued delays. What a disappointment.

Please don't shop at Lowe’s, I would give this place Zero stars if I could. Bought an Whirlpool electric range stove from them. The 3rd party (jb hunt trucking co.) delivery driver held up the electrical cord in the air while pushing it against the wall. Sparks flew, black soot was all over my electrical outlet and kitchen wall. My wife thought he blew his hand off. I had the driver return the now burnt Whirlpool electric range stove to Lowe’s, got a refund. The store manager wouldn't take accountability. In so many words, said it was my problem. Another big box retailer going downhill.

Stopped in real quick needing a replacement nut and bolt for my car. I was struggling to find the exact one needed. Anyone who has looked for a specialty nut/bolt knows the struggle. Rich came over and was extremely quick and helpful. He even ensured that it would be a good replacement instead of letting me grab and go.
Rich is a great example of great customer service!
Shout out to all the other workers as well they are always great!

My son has been wanting to build a spaceship out of a large cardboard box. He is in the gifted program and they are always encouraged to follow through with their creative aspirations. We inquired with several places and nobody could help us with a large box. I thought let's go to Lowe's. I went to the customer service counter and told the young man what we were looking for and he said hold on one moment, let me ask my manager. The female manager told us that she could definitely get us a box and to give her a moment. She then came out with a refrigerator box that lit up my son's eyes. And helped me fold it to be able to get it in my car.
I am very grateful to the staff at Lowe's today for making my sons creative project come to fruition! It's the little things of human kindness that go a long way.
