I had a friend used to work at this Lowe's. Told me to never work for Lowe's at any location if you work the graveyard shift. Lowe's has a policy to NOT let you leave during lunch for example at 1 AM if your lunch is at that time. He had an hour lunch. Ask his immediate boss and his boss's boss all said no unless it's an "emergency". Very strict with taking your break and lunch at the scheduled time too. He told me for everyone to stay away from working for Lowe's.

This is a great Lowe's with plenty of friendly employees. I was approached multiple times to be asked if I need help! I always find everything I need as they have everything anyone could need for DIY.

Lowe’s in Bountiful is always a pleasant experience. Clean, organized and friendly staff. I rented a carpet cleaner, was pleased of how easy it was, and the machine itself did a great job. This is my home go to store.

I went to Lowes Dec 2, 2023 to purchase materials for my basement. After checkout, I realized that my coupon was not applied to the purchase. A huge shoutout to your employee named Giselle. While I was trying to bring up the issue to one of the associates, Giselle took ownership of my issue. She update me every step of the way. It was a long process because she had to sort out the receipt and then repurchase it, in short too much work from her end. I really appreciate that time she took and was really professional about it. The thing that most impress me is that she was not even customer service or cashier that time, she was working in the Floor Sales but she took initiative to resolve someones issue. Giselle reflects the true value of customer service, this is the reason why I prefer going to LOWES. Thank you Giselle!!! Thank you Lowes. You got one solid loyal customer here.Also special mention: Brayden, who help as well. This dude is stud!!!

I used to be a home depot guy, so I figured Lowes would be the same. This location is amazing. After several great experiences I realized that this store just takes customer service very seriously. I thought I was just happening upon great employees.I love having this location so close to our building - the service is always awesome. Thanks for making it a priority, it's such a breath of fresh air!

Lowe's was pretty helpful they got what I needed and was pretty fast about it. The only thing that I felt needed improvement, was the fact that I had to take my order across the store to the pro desk. It was 6 100' rolls of corex. On a cart.

This has to be the worse customer service experience I’ve ever had at any Lowes throughout the 40 states that I have worked in…I was checking out in self checkout and I had my debt card right next to the EPOS machine. I had to transfer money to my checking because I keep all of my money in my savings. Then the customer service rep came up and took my card. She told me, “It is not going to work unless you put it in the machine” I told her what I was doing and that It’ll be done in a second. She still proceeded to insert my debt card into the machine without my consent. Luckily, I had my money already transferred but still I don’t know why she thought it was a good idea to touch my personal item? It was not professional at all!
