Very clean store. Well organized. Found some great deals. Came in for copy paper, but they were out of the size that I needed. Employee that help me took time to make sure they did not have any in another place. Good Job on customer service.

Two times I went to get printouts from this location and waited nearly an hour both times in less than a week. Poor customer service by those who were working the print ? areas and I would definitely avoid this place especially for simple printing or copying as well as fax they are horrible as far as service and you can find other places with better service like UPS stores that offer better service and for a lot cheaper than this place.

No effort of assisting immediately or even acknowledging someone was waiting for service. Two representatives IGNORE customer until there ready to do customer service or at least “I will be right with you”. Just saying the printer is over there to help yourself or even let me show you how.

I love going here to shop because I can always find what I want. It’s always in stock. They also have a great clearance items which make it easier for me to buy the supplies that I need.
