I had been with them for about a year and that's only because I had moved. They have a really great rewards program and customer support line for any issues that may pop up. I had been taking my dog to the groomers regularly and they always do a great job. I highly recommend joining especially when your pup is young and needing all those appointments and vaccinations. Pro tip: they have a cancellation fee for no shows on grooming and vaccination appointments.

I had an appointment to get my pup groomed here and brought in my proof a vaccination for rabies and all the other vaccinations my pup has had and was told my paperwork from the vet wasn't good enough. I went to PetSmart with the same paperwork again that I got from my vet and was told it was more than good enough. I'm really disappointed with this location especially with their lack of attention to detail. I know the lady at the desk told me she was new and I believe that I shouldn't have been turned away due to their lack of knowledge. Petco lost a customer for this.

The boss at the store doesn't know how to treat customers well, and it's bothering me. The staff is great, though. The owner needs to think about hiring a new manager or retraining the current one. I won't be coming back to this store

If I could have chosen 0 stars I would've the stores manager is extremely rude to customers and I'm convinced has no idea what customer service means! The employees are always so nice and helpful but the owner needs to re evaluate their management. I will definitely not be supporting this store further.

I've had nothing but horrible experiences with this location from not having what I need stocked, rude employees that can't be bothered, and horrible groomers. I took one of my dogs (2 years old) in yesterday (5/26) he was in about an hour before close (their allowed time slots) and he got a very rushed bath less than 30 minutes. He now has dry patches everywhere, I'm assuming left over shampoo. I had a second appointment scheduled for the next day (5/27) for my other dog (1 year old), which I should've thought through before taking him since the first encounter wasn't great but I digress, he was in to have a simple bath. We waited for an update for about 2 hours and received nothing. Tried to call 4 different times couldn't get a hold of grooming. I completely understand the struggle of a busy Saturday and possibly not being able to answer the phone but not a single text update to let me know that my poor dog has been probably kept alone for 2 hours with nothing being done. I finally called customer service on the 5th attempt of getting an update and they were able to finally get a hold of the groomers. I was told they didn't even start. AFTER 2 1/2 HOURS. They told me they would get him in promptly it'll just take another HOUR AND A HALF because they're very busy. Just ridiculous. Again I understand it being busy because it is a Saturday but when I leave my beloved puppy in someone else's care I am at MINIMUM expecting some form of an update. When I told the women that it's was okay no need to start we will be there to pick him up she seemed confused and irritated that I didn't want them to even touch him. When I arrived to pick him up (10 minutes later) he was soaked from being bathed even though I told them not to touch him. Somehow it was going to take an hour and a half more to finish the service but he was soaked when I picked him up? Then they made it seem like it was my fault that they weren't able to dry him!?! Either he was soaked in the kennel for however long or another one of my dogs got a half assed bath. I will never come back to this location. Just to put a cherry on top of my experience with Petco I am currently locked into a YEAR subscription (vitality) for whatever services they offer so I will have to make use of that at another location so I don't waste my money since I'm locked into it because I was never told this was a whole year and not a one time payment. Please stay away from this location or at least read the other negative reviews before scheduling your dog with the groomers or trying to find an item you need. Also, avoid vitality subscription if someone tries to sell you on it.

DO NOT USE PETCO FOR YOUR GROOMING NEEDS! My dog was subjected to incredible lack of care and subpar service. I called twice to check in on my dog and I was told that things "were not going ok." My dog experienced was a severely botched hair cut that left her looking like a dog that suffers from malnutrition and is in a state of homelessness. She has an amazing, loving, disposition and I fear that it will be very challenging for us to receive grooming services from Petco and anyone else in the future due to what happened. No amount of money or "comped" services are going to make this right. I am beyond livid and believe by the general manager, Yvette and Sam L. should be held accountable. Petco had at least THREE (3) opportunities, for Sam L and Yvette to pause, and consider more deeply the consequences of what was happening. Shaving off all of my dog's hair (on her face, shaving her whiskers, botching the cut around her ears and eyes, and partly cutting the hair on her tail), in addition to subjecting her to a very dangerous environment, should not have occurred!!!! I was less than 5 minutes away from the store and just a phone call away. Sam L. should not have been the groomer for Dancer. Sam L. is clearly inexperienced as a groomer, but I also think Sam L may not have the cognitive skills for basic problem-solving and decision-making to hold this type of position. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THE PETCO IN BOUNTIFUL, UTAH!

The first time I had my dog groomed there I didn't love it but I didn't have much experience having her groomed. After taking her two other places and then coming back I realized the grooming is terrible. I asked to have her completely shaved and this is what I got. I've never had a cut so uneven and ugly.
