“Brought my F150 with the messed up exhaust in at 3:30 PM. Saturday on memorial day weekend. They looked at it and said they could have it fixed. In an hour labor costs only. More than the other main muffler company in bountiful would do. Ritchie was amazing getting me in and out so quickly. And Daniel did an exceptional job on the repairs. “Went in for oil change. I was informed I needed cabin filter replaced as well as front brake pads and rotors replaced and an alignment. I later noticed that they charged me for both front and rear brakes. When I told them that they had only informed me that my front brakes needed replacing not rear, they checked their advisory and checked the condition of my old brakes and only charged me for the front brake work, the alignment, cabin filter and oil change as agreed upon when informed of earlier.”

They always call before making any changes to the vehicle to inform you of the issue, the parts/service needed, and estimate of the total cost so there are no surprises. They are quick and communicative, and call to let you know when the car is ready for pick. Plus, no pushy sales or unnecessary services, just what ask for to get you back on the road, but seem happy to provide recommendations when asked.”

“Performance Ford in Bountiful has earned my business! I took my 2023 Ford F-250 in for some warranty work at another dealer. They charged me $150 to pop my mirror back in place (which I had taken out to show them an issue with the wiring in the mirror, and which took them less than 30 seconds to do). They did not fix the mirror at all but charged me to pop it back in. Very frustrating experience. Then there was Performance. Such an amazing difference. The service manager, Rob, was excellent. They fixed every issue I was having, communicated well, were friendly, and although it took a little time to get the necessary parts to fix my mirror, they kept me updated and did not charge me a dime -- doing all the work under my warranty. I was very pleased and happy with Performance Ford in Bountiful. Kudos to you, Rob, and your team. Thank you for a great experience.”
