I had a poor experience with the Bountiful Verizon store. Long story short, the sales people used all sorts of too good to be true tactics and convinced me to purchase devices and said it was a free 30 day return window but they failed to mention the restocking fees. My bill nearly tripled. I acknowledge that I should have asked more questions and gotten a printout of every detail and charge but their system was down and I was there for three hours. I tried to remedy the problem three separate visits but the new hires couldn’t do anything to help me and manager wasn’t answering the phone. I was ready to be done with Verizon all together but luckily Brayden from the Centerville location was able to help me get things resolved. I will not be coming back to this location. Straight to Centerville and ask for Brayden.

Our experience was Excellent. One reason was GREY the manager of the Bountiful Store exchanged phones from 13 to 15 pro. There is a lot to do. Grey was so knowledgeable I told her her boss should give her a raise!!!!! Any more no matter where I go the trainee is teaching the trainie!!!!! So again Grey you inspired me that not all is lost!!!!

In January I went in to resolve an issue with the 5g on my s20 fe. They then upsold me to a s24 ultra with the very empty promise of a 1000$ incentive. That was a lie. And then there is no direct line to talk to the store. I called their third party number and they promised a call back. I know this review means very little to a company as large as verizon but if I could I would switch services in less than a heartbeat due to victra.

Walked in the place is empty. 2 Employees with nothing to do. Took her 2 minutes to tell me she couldn't help me, so I left. Didn't try at all to help me buy a new phone. Went to T mobile in the next bldg the place was busy with 6 Employees all helping customers. She sold me a new phone transferred all my data to new phone I left happy.
Just so sad how alot of people just don't even try anymore.
