Only giving two stars because the on site staff are great. But, we have been here for less then a year and rent has now ballooned $100 more then when we started in January. We’ve rented from extra space in other states and not had this issue. It is absolutely disrespectful to your tenants to run business this way and trust me we will be leaving as soon as we can.

Looking for a close and convenient storage place and I was recommended Extra Storage Unit in West Haven. This place was clean and the attendant was super nice. Explained all the promotions and features and got me signed up in short amount of time. I would recommend this place.

Good storage facility. We’ve been here several years while living out of the country. Expensive but we have indoor climate controlled storage and the stuff we put in storage stays nice and we feel is very secure. Easy access close to family we visit. Happy with it.
