Parker provided a fast friendly noMelarky qoute over the phone...The only thing better was the actual speed in which he and his partner got the move Completed...Three flights of stairs at both locations....I couldn't be more impressed !!

Worst moving experience ever. I sent pictures for a quote, they said they would be able to move and pack all of my belongings. They charged me over time because it took them longer (which isn’t the problem) but they didn’t even finish the job. They said they would take anything we didn’t need/want anymore to the dumpster. They moved most of the things they didn’t pack to the garage and everything else was just left in place. I can’t say it anymore, don’t give these guys your business.

I wanted to post an honest review and I do not want anyone else to fall VICTIM to these sleazy scam artists. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE MUSCLE MEN MOVERS, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. I would leave less than a 1 star review but, its not allowed. I sold my home and needed to find a moving company. I found Muscle Men Movers and spoke to Parker who assured me he could move my 3800 square ft home absolutely no problem they did this work all day every day. I scheduled 4 weeks in advance of the move. I contacted them on the Monday before the move to confirm we were booked for 2 days, he said he only had me booked for 1 day. I remineded him he had confirmed with me the 2 days. I should have known in that moment things would not go well. He said he would do 1/2 day on day then move the rest on the next full day. They randomly showed up on my door no call no text the day before the first 1/2 day move. Luckily, I had everything ready so I told them go ahead. They charged $150 per hour the going rate. So they moved 1/3 of my stuff on that day to my storage unit. Upon telling me they were complete and me paying via PayPal by the way (again sketchy?) I received a call saying their truck was broken and could i give them a ride. I was 20 minutes away but I did so anyway. They were supposed to show up on Saturday morning, didn't tell me a time, but at 8:45ish I received a call telling me their truck was still broken and they woudldn't be coming... i said I would rent a Uhaul and he could send the actual movers he said no they needed to be together to fix the truck but was ASURED!!!! they would be there the next day. I've sold my home by the way and must be out. Well next day rolls around and you guessed it they didn't show up so I called Parker and he told me oh he is on the way and would be there in 5-10 minutes.. of course he didn't show up. That sleeze bucket lied to my face the other day and on the phone. What is worse he blocked me from finding a different mover because he flat out lied. So after he didn't show up I called and called and called he started sending calls to voice mail then he blocked his voicemail from receiving messages. This company and Parker (if that is his real name) is complete axx. The PayPal goes to Robert Balfour out of Tooele, UT so by all means DO NOT USE MUSCLE MEN MOVERS. They are the worst thing that can happen to the moving industry such sleeze bags. I hope this review helps. I will recommend ALL MY SONS MOVING , they swoooped in and saved the day. Professional and exactly what you would expect.

I hired them in October 2021 to move us from Syracuse Utah to Sierra Vista Az. His price was 1,200.00 cheaper than the closest company. We had the owner come out to make sure everything would fit in his truck based upon the bid. They showed up on time and started loading. They told us they were driving straight through which surprised me because it's 900 miles. We had moved everything that was small and in boxes to the garage. I wish there was a lower rating than one star, but it don't exist. They were very nice people and started out as professional. Then all hell broke loose. We went to our new house and waited and they didn't show. So we rented a hotel for two days, because they called us and said they had broke down in Las Vegas. They didn't have a big enough truck so the rented two truck. They got here three days after there promised date. Out curio was in such bad shape we gave it away. I had just bought a 2,500 bedroom set and it was so tore up I sold it for 500.00. I'm a General Contractor and I shipped tools. The stuff I'm missing I figure is worth about 5,000. So I truly lost my ass to try to save money. Don't make the mistake they don't even won that many trucks and rely on rentals to make there business work.

Needed a couch through a 2nd floor balcony. Tall order and unique. Called around. Found these guys. Cheap and professional. They had it done in minutes! Definitely recommend!!

After putting in a deposit to have a pool table moved, they decided they couldnt move it and then went to inform me that they would not refund me the deposit. There was no mention of that possibility prior to the deposit being placed. Also, the owner of the pool table mentioned that the workers appeared to be on drugs. After telling me they would not move the table, despite my contacting them about refunding my deposit, they would not communicate back with me. Beware!!!

Parker and Johnny did way better than the other people we had help us move, give them a raise. They took less than an hour compared to the 8 the competition took to move us out.
