Breeders be aware. Just had my 7 weeks pregnant female X-rayed to see how many puppies. I was shocked when I was charged $165 for exam and X-ray. I knew she was pregnant and close to having her pups did not need an exam. For breeding I always do a progesterone test also. to see if they are ovulating. Now I am not sure if they will charge an extra $65 for an exam also. The vet is great. For a pregnant female test I guess I will go to my other vet, which is a few miles farther away.

Top Notch vets the staff there are very helpful very personal and they enjoy their job they're there with a smile to help you with the good and the bad they're there to support you because only an animal animal you have to teach it through its life and then you're there at the end of their life too and they're very very helpful and supportive great place to go highly highly recommend it for your Animal Care

Best vet in northern Utah. Have recommended them to all my family and friends. Never disappointed in the treatment or care of my fur baby!

Northside is fantastic! They've always taken great care of my dogs, cats, and horse and I feel that their prices are really fair.

They are pretty slow & inconsistent. Zero compassion when my dog needed to put put down. Could hear they were in the next room from the room we were in laughing and carrying on, microwaving food. It was just a horrible experience & not a good environment for that. I had never had to have a pet euthanized so this was my 1st experience with that and it was just awful. They just didn't care, pay the bill and next. Never got a sympathy card or paw print, not even a kind tone. When my mom's very old dog needed to be put put down (from another vets office entirely). I learned that the experience I had at this vet wasn't the norm of all vet offices where they were kind caring and compassionate. It made me so angry to hear them laughing while my heart was being broken with my poor dog. Still thinking about it to this day makes me VERY angry. He wasn't even given anything to make him comfortable 1st..but I'm sure I was charged on the bill like he was. If I wasn't new to the area at the time I never would have gone here. There are MANY way better vets in town. I'm sorry for any large animals because I gather this is the only place to go for them. Cold folks indeed. Now I know.

Showed up and the doors were locked. They opened the doors a minute after my appointment time. They were all gathered in a big group eating food and laughing and talking when I walked in and I had to wait several minutes before anyone helped me or pulled my file up. My dog was in a lot of pain from the shots and they kinda just let her wander out of the room. Disorganized and unprofessional. These guys are more focused on there lunch still then the customers.

Our tragedy started early morning the 1st of November. I called the vet and told the girl that answered I needed the vet to come out. The horse had a really bad stomach ache. She told me the vet could not come until 3:45 in the afternoon. I told her it was an emergency. She said 3:45 was as soon as the vet could come. At 12 noon the horse went down. We got him up and walked him. Over the next 4 hours multiple calls were made. Each call more frantic than the last. At 3:30 the horse died after suffering all day. I blame the vet for the horses death.

It was the best experience I have with a veterinarian. They were nice. I didn't have to sit in the exam for a long time, maybe 5 to 10 minutes. My cat was so calm with them. They were very sweet with him. The cost was so reasonable. I will be taking both my cats there from now on.
