“My husband, Richard, and I had LP and his team come out to our house a few days ago for a yard assessment and we were extremely impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. We had multiple problems that had been a mystery to us, but were immediately recognized and addressed by LP. “I purchased a 40 volt Ryobi weed whacker. The twine broke off and I had to take apart the head to access the broken off twine. I could not lock the head back on. I took it to the tool rental and a gentleman helped me lock it back in. I have rented equipment in the past and always excellent service. 5 star service.”

“tool rental door bell is honestly ridiculous you cant hear what the worker is trying to say it actually hurts your ears i see people with there ears covered standing in line there was even a child that was crying because of how loud it is customer service was great feel bad for the workers that have to deal with that and the customers”
“Will Home Depot this is the store I go to before any they usually have what I need I've had no problems with the people asking questions finding what I needed I just wish they had one closer to me I would trade it for my Lowe's work any day and if you need some check it out online their online seems to work really well what's in stock or find out you know they can order it and ship it to you or pick it up there”
“When you need sand they get you sand. Not pea gravel, not sand-clay mix, not sand with gravel. Tyler and Cody at the West Haven Lanscape Center were very helpful in getting the sand I needed. Give them a raise.”

“I just have to say how awesome Blake in the scissor lift delivery department is! Seriously so helpful and willing to go the extra mile. We’re painting a mural for Young Powersports of Layton and our team has taken an aerial lift certification course, but we haven’t had the hands on experience with one yet. When I reserved it the lady told me she can’t guarantee the delivery guy will show me how to operate it, but I could ask. Blake called to tell me he was on his way (exactly on time within the expected delivery window) and I asked if he’d mind taking 2 minutes to show me how to operate it. When he got there, he went over absolutely everything from troubleshooting to safety stops to confirming the safety gear we’ll need and so much more. I couldn’t have asked for a better orientation for how to safely work a 25’ scissor lift, and I took a 2 hour class already! If he didn’t take that extra time to help, I’d have to sit and read the manual or watch YouTube videos to feel totally confident. I really appreciated Blake’s extra time to help (in full sun at 3pm) and our project is going to go so much smoother now! Can a manager give that guy kudos for being a knowledgeable, hard-working, and helpful employee that makes Home Depot look good please?”

“This is the best place to buy plants, hands down. All the employees I’ve interacted with have been great. The owner, Kim, is PHENOMENAL. He knows everything there is to know about plants and plant care, and he’s more than happy to answer any questions and offer advice. They offer bare-root fruit trees at the start of spring for a fraction of the usual cost, which is awesome. We’ve bought various things from them over the years, and most recently purchased a bunch of flowers/shrubs for our elderly neighbors’ flower bed. We told Kim what we were looking for and he was able to make the perfect recommendations. He even stayed after closing to help us out. The customer service alone is reason enough to never buy plants anywhere else! And their honey is delicious! 10000% recommend Country Gardens Nursery!”
