Stopped in to grab a same day delivery. The staff was so helpful. Restroom was clean. Pickup was a breeze, at the customer service counter in the center. Please thank the young lady that helped me out.

Tried to order on line and it would not let me. I was ordering one of the safes on sale just wouldn't allow it. Don't know why? Sucks I'll shoe else where. Not here no more

I called to see if you had an item in the store, it was only available on line not in the store, but Gretchen politely asked if she could finish with her customer and I said I will wait, it was only a few minutes I waited and she looked for it and although it wasn’t available, Gretchen still made the experience good just because of how she handled the call.

If I could leave more stars I would. My family and I were packing up for a camping trip when the trailer jack on our bumper pull trailer broke. It was 8:45pm and i was scrambling calling around to find a replacement. When I got ahold of this location they had exactly what I needed. They were closing in 3 min and I was 15 min away. Doug let me know that he would stay open so that I could come get the part... Who does that?!?!?!... When I arrived Doug wasn't upset or annoyed that he was staying late on a Friday night to help a dad make good on a promise to his 3 little girls to go camping. Doug had a smile on his face and treated me like a friend... Even like family. I can't express how thankful I am that Doug was working tonight and that he is such an amazing individual. Thank you Doug. You made mine and my family's weekend. We look forward to continuing our relationship with this location.

The staff here is always kind, proficient, and helpful. The selection is a little confusing to me. It's not really a full hardware store, it's not really a full DIY home renovation store, and it's not really a full-on ranch store. Somewhere in the middle. It's hard for me to intuitively know what's in this place. Sure, you can get the app and that'll tell you all you need to know really, but at some point you wonder why they have cleaning products, but no cleaning brushes or scotch bright pads or something. They had sandpaper and paint, but no steel wool. I get it, it's a small location, but it makes it a little bit less useful since they draw the line as to what to carry in somewhat unintuitive places.

I have seen this store several times but never stopped by and checked it out. But a few weeks ago, my daughter had puppies and I needed things to make her comfortable and the puppies, a friend told me to go to tractor supply and i was like i don't need a tractor lol . But she told me they have so many amazing dog and animal things. So i went, I met some of the most amazing women ever. They really took charge and helped me by walking me around the entire store and getting everything I needed. Gretchen was amazing, she knew exactly what she was talking about and took very good care of me. At the end, I had every thing and more for my puppies and my daughter. I'm very happy. I met another lovely women who works here but I forgot her name, but everyone was friendly and nice and very helpful and you can tell they enjoyed there jobs. Since then, i have been back here 8 times, the dog food is great price and made fresh and it's a family owned business, my huskies love the food, I'm glad i found this place. Will definitely be back every month.Thank you, Gretchen and everyone.

Great store but when me (16) and my friend (16) entered, without doing anything wrong, just looking around an old man maybe 65ish stared at us and we asked if he was in his way and he replied “No I’m just making sure you kids put stuff back in the right place and stop messing up our shelves” and as we turned around he muttered “f**king teenagers” I’m not sure what we did?

My ship to store purchase was damaged by UPS. While not necessarily the fault of this store, the person who packed it from their vendor or warehouse is responsible.I would have been satisfied if I was offered overnight home shipping on a replacement or even a discount, but I was offered neither, just a referral to stores 30+ miles each way from where I reside.
