John at JCP was beyond outstanding! We needed a moving truck on a Sunday and only had a couple locations options with the size we were needing. Even though JCP wasn’t open on a Sunday we were able to use the 24/7 pick up feature. However we ran into issues with the 24/7 process and was able to contact John. He swung down super quick and helped us even on his day off! He was a gem and a half to do so, we appreciated that greatly, and was pleasure to work with. JCP was a little further away but I would easily make the drive to work with them again! Amazing service!!

I had a horrible experience here. The dealer rented me a trailer that was 6' x 12' . I asked about the towing capacity and was treated rudely. I ended up finding out that my outback has a towing capacity of 2,700 lbs. I lookedlit up on my phone. He finally looked up the weight trailer itself which was 1,920 lbs. Leaving only 780 lbs that I could tow without overwhelming my vehicle. It would be easy to go over 780 lbs of cargo. Our trip is 962 miles through remote regions, and wanted to be sure myself an my 6 year old son wouldn't run inti trouble. The uhaul dealer was not only discortious but had no interest in my safety or the vehicles. I tried to expain my concern and the math. He argued and seemed unable or unwilling to understand what I needed. I ended up asking for a refund. I hope you'll save yourself some trouble and not expect this dealer to discuss your concerns. Or better yet, maybe someone who understands my concern could explain it to this dealer.

Outstanding!! I had problem with motorhome and he (the owner) helped even though it was in his way he was really understanding.

I'm was grateful they were open until 7PM. He even made special accommodations for me to return the trailer during off-business hours. Very happy.
