This has been an awesome facility! We've throughly enjoyed their speed and agility classes, and they've been a great practice location during the winter seasons for our soccer teams. We've rented out the court for scrimmages, practices, birthday parties, and more. They are very accommodating and communication is awesome! Go to Utah Performance Institute, they'll take care of you! ?

We used the space for a dance for my daughters swim team and it was SO GREAT!! Plenty of room for food, photo area, and dancing for the kids! Nice clear sound system and clean bathrooms too! Would highly recommend for any event!

Was looking for a camp that my son could be active in! What a gem we found at UPI! He gets out energy as well as learn fundamentals and is active! The instructors are knowledgeable and so great with the kids! Will definitely join for their July session as well!

Excellent indoor (heated and cooled) team training for all sports (Lacrosse, soccer, baseball, softball, etc) + speed and agility training, private and small group trainings, after injury back to sport conditioning. Has netted sports court + turf. Plus excellent for party rentals (sports games & black lights and party lights provided!). Even yoga classes! No facility like it in Weber or Davis County! High end athlete training and conditioning.

This is a really nice facility! Perfect size for us to come play some 4v4 soccer. I knew about it on google and asked about it to try it. We have loved the place and hope more people give it a try. Perfect for any kind of athletic practice.

This sports complex was wonderful and clean. I have had soccer practices, birthday parties & athletic training here. My teammates tell me it was fun and easy to use! They have all kinds of sports & games (like dodgeball) which make it xtra fun! I’ve also seen Tyler the athletic trainer here same-day sports injuries and he is always great at working me in and is spot-on for figuring out my soccer injuries, taping me up, and how to care for it at home or with the PT clinic next door. (And they’ve recently added YOGA- I’m excited to try it out!)

I love this place and so does my little guy! There are so many options available in an indoor facility that you can't be found anywhere else in the area-- it's amazing!

We had a family party here, had plenty of room and we played games and dodgeball and soccer! Was fun!

I wanted to throw my son a sports themed birthday party, and Utah Performance was the perfect place to host 22 rambunctious boys. Thank you for making my sons birthday memorable! I then decided to try the private speed and agility classes, and I have been so impressed with their athletic trainer. My sons coaches have told me they have seen a huge improvement over the last few weeks. Thank you Utah Performance!

This is a great facility to take a young athlete to develop their athletic ability. The athletic trainer there is amazing and develops workouts tailored to improving deficiencies that are recognized to make the athlete faster, stronger, more agile, and less injury prone. The facility is spacious with an indoor soccer court and a turf and a variety of workout equipment. I would definitely recommend this place to athletes of all ages who want to improve their physical capabilities.

Fantastic speed and agility training. My son does individual training with Tyler and after the first session we could see an improvement. My son not only loves coming to training, but also enjoys doing the assigned drills at home. Well worth the time and money!

Our extended family had a great gathering here.The family enjoyed playing soccer,poison ball together and spending time together eating and visiting.Great place for family activities.The grandchildren loved this facility as well as the adults.I highly recommend it for family fun and activities.
