Excellent place with great Physical Therapists and staff. I have felt encouraged but also pushed to go a little further and have made progress. I will be in therapy for a while and am glad I chose to go to their facility. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing Physical Therapy. Shout out to the West Haven staff and therapists. They are amazing!!
Update from my Utah physical therapy experience :
Just finished 6 hard but rewarding months with Jamie as my PTA. She is the reason I have progressed so quickly. She is very knowledgeable and cares about my success. I will be going back to her because I need more surgeries. I know she will be the key to my success again. Thanks Jamie!

The therapist are great at Utah Physical Therapy in West Haven. Allie helped me understand what was going on and what I could do at home in day to day life. She was knowledgeable, personable and attentive.
The billing however is horrible. At one point the office people told me I had maxed out the number of prescribed visits and so my insurance would not cover any further treatment, and I would need to go to self-pay if I continued. Since I was still having post-surgery issues, I elected to continue visits but to pay out of pocket. Several hundred dollars later, I was informed by the office that a mistake had been made, and my insurance actually would cover my visits.
Since the amount I paid during the self-pay visits exceeded what I would likely pay for all of the remaining needed visits, they said they would just take the co-pay for each additional visit out of that amount and refund me the remaining overpaid amount at the end of treatments.
Unfortunately, that has not happened. It’s been over a month since my last treatment, insurance has been resolved, yet every time we talk to them, they tell us it will be a few more weeks before they will be able to refund the excess amount we were charged. This week we have not been able to get them to respond at all. We are beyond frustrated. We just want them to refund the amount they overcharged us.

So happy I chose Utah Physical Therapy in West Haven. They were so helpful and kind. My therapist was Adam Gilbert. He was amazing. He helped me recover from a total knee replacement. I would highly recommend all of them. It was a great experience.
